Re-brand this game as a full loot PVP instead of what it claims to be(MMORPG). PVE content is limited to the fact that it provides 3 types of solo dungeons. Same 3 solo dungeons are repeated in group dungeons and even for HCE maps. The new Avalonian patch suffers from the same repetitive disorder. The Outlands and full loot PVP world is larger than the royals which says a lot about how much focus this game puts on PVP only.
