I've been playing KCD/KCD2 long enough that I can confidently say I would give Tom McKay a wooden tub bath in a white dress where my man bresteses show through the material.

I'd personally call this done. Anything else they add is just fondant, cherries, and whipped cream on this cake!

TL;DR: Buy it, it's fantastic. I know what I'm talking about.

Summer's Gone is one of the special VNs I actually decided to buy. I borrow them from friends usually because they're always so wishy washy, and trashy.
Summer's Gone's protegonist is not your typical "I'm a himbo who loves tatas and booties", it's a dude with reasonable (although mysterious) trauma. He's extremely introverted, and women's(or men's) bodies don't do it for him. He's depressed, and social and emotionally disadvantaged to deal with the college social scene.
While playing the protagonist, you have the choice to break him out of his comfort zone, to push him to places and with people he hasn't bothered with in forever. You can lead him to pushing into his strengths and doing more than just wasting away in bed day and night, or not. It's up to you.
Honestly, I was surprised with how flushed out all of the females in the game were. Here I was ready for 1-2 dimensional characters surrounding him, that either just want him, or have like 1 or 2 other things in common. These women don't just "like books" or "play sports", a lot of them are dealing with their own trauma and issues. They are used to being objectified, bullied, called out on their physical traits.
Enter Emo boi MC, who doesn't have the care to bully, objectify or care about their physical traits. They have no idea what to do with him. So they try and befriend him or at least hang around to figure him out. He's gotta crack at some point, right?
I've done almost all of the playthroughs now. I think I have 2 main romance interests to cover, and some side ones that I want to try and pursue regardless of there not being achievements for them. The main love interest that you kinda get bulldozed into, is actually VERY well done. Enemies to lovers(but book 1 edition) done right! No cringe, no going "UGH! I've seen this before, but done way better!" it's just good old fashioned fun. As a grown adult man I found myself going "Awww!!" and squealing at how adorable some of the interactions are. Like the look on her face when you tell Zara you're proud of her.
I have played so many darn VNs that have the same dunce himbo protagonist, this was a huge breath of fresh air. In fact, it's mostly why this one hit so good.

I can't wait for season 2, it's going to take a long time, because I can't imagine writing that. It's so many lines of dialogue between so many characters, and so many scenarios where you can end up being SUCH a douchebag. I can't image writing the follow up to this great game xD
P.S. my wife bought me this game after listening to me gush over all the scenes :'D

It's an absolutely awesome experience! I may have been a bit too dumb to get a space-worthy rocketship going, but whoooo booooy! The journey there was such a blast(sometimes literally!)
You go from building a tiny rocket that barely gets 20 meters, then collecting trash from random people to build rockets from, collecting toys, bicycles, whatever you can find, to getting deals with better companies to build more suitable rockets. It has a darn good handle on letting you hook up fuel sources, and aerodynamics, and propulsion systems, it's VERY indepth.
I'm so surprised it didn't do better! Not enough Bill Nye kids all up in here :D

ONLY if you like being forced to mess with every girl. I thought it would be more sandboxy, but yeah, it was cringe having to f**k every girl in order to unlock others, etc. I don't like a lot of them like that, but there I was railing them trying to progress the story.
Which, I'm guessing for a lot of people is fun!

It's Ubisoft Connect. Why even offer a game on steam if I have to use your trash launcher? Because no one uses your trash launcher? Sounds like you should get rid of your trash launcher.

The game itself I would absolutely recommend for any Zelda fans. Don't play it on easy unless you have very poor hand eye coordination. I would give the game 9/10 for sure. Lots of secrets, hilarious gods banter, doesn't take itself seriously, fun adventure.

Such a wonderful and thrilling journey. Asks some deep questions a lot of us have been faced with since early teenhood, and questions that really have no real answers. Existential, really. Just good fun :)

This game is so insanely abandoned they didn't even cash grab for the autumn sales event.
They didn't even bother doing THAT.
That tells you how little they care about this once in a generation game title. This game could have been huge. All the combat dribblings of an ARPG with all the worship of the female succubus body. Yet the devs can't even be bothered to sucker a few more people during the autumn sale event....

6.6 hours to play it once, but like the first one, no one should really only play Oxenfree once. It's the kind of game you try to change the world in.
I wasn't disappointed in Oxenfree 2, for some odd reason I thought I would be so I didn't buy it anywhere near day 1. It's a simple concept as far as games go(kinda point and click), but a complex story, and executed really well. There's less of a main cast than Oxenfree, but it was still really interesting. I can't wait to see what the future playthroughs will expose.
My decision for "worth it" is if you get an hour per dollar you spend enjoying a game, I think it's worth it full price and I got it at 90% off. Thanks for reading, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did/will again.

I've played far more hours of Love and Sex than displayed here. I owned it on a different service first and most of my hours are on there. I played through one timeline/romance here(yes, just one), getting married to Anna.
The PROS:
When they say this is a sandbox, they mean it. They give you the reigns to pretty much pursue romance/dominance(they don't have to be mutually exclusive, but it gives you the freedom to do however you choose) with any and all characters. They are consequences and fun stories along the way, shenanigans, D&D adventures, rock star dreams.
If you were ever a 13 year old imagining what the world of women WOULD be like, this game embodies every fantasy you might have had. The cool goth chick you never had a chance with, the sister figure, the girl who chooses another that you can then turn as yours, the cuck, the anal girl, the tomboy, the lesbian you can turn, the boss lady, the psycho that's obsessed with you, the girl next door. Whatever dumbas$ fantasy you had, it's in here. It can all go multiple ways too. For example, if you want that boss lady to absolutely dominate you, that can happen, if you want to dominate her, that can also happen. It's all up to the choices you make. They also have some really wholesome adventures too for people like me. Some really cool stuff can happen, and you can make dreams come true for some characters. Despite the depiction of females in this game, I still very much like it because it's the choice of the player how they pursue them. If you make all the characters your sex slaves, that's on you. The developers simply made that possible for you to pursue. I'd rather people play their fantasies in-game than in the real world any day.
All in all, this is above and beyond any "Adult Sandbox Game", it's more of a "Male Wish Fulfillment Simulator". That having been said, you can also play as a female, "Bree", which is DLC, and I haven't done it because I don't have any desire to be a female, but I hear promising things on that side of the fence too should you choose to pursue that as well.
Great dev team that's only getting started. I'm watching out for their next titles with bated breath.
It has new game plus! So you can keep your stats and some other stuff, love that! It can be tedious to grind up education/charm.
The CONS:
It has it's typos, slight bugs, and plot holes. A lot of which get addressed within a couple weeks of the Devs being told about them on discord.
It can be really sexist at times, it has both very toxic female and male stereotypes, and the MC can come off as a HUGE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ should you CHOOSE for that to happen. I found this out because I bought a collar that said it was a gift, and I was really curious as to what happens when you do gift it.... it did not go well, and I was shocked at the way the whole thing was phrased. That having been said, I know people out there that have that as a fantasy, being Dom or Sub, and that these are real world relationships out there. I can't really hate on it for being in a video game when that's someones fantasy. This is still a con(just for me personally) because I don't like seeing anyone demeaned in any way.
The voice acting is strained(very quiet at all times) and absent in a lot of parts. That's something I've learned to deal without as a LOT of games with this many choices have no voice acting at all.
Minami... why does she stand like that? Or like that? Why? She's the korean lil' sis type, but why is she peace signing unnecessarily or saluting?! It didn't make sense to me, and I found that to be this games biggest downfall by far, LOL it's a part of the story that's unavoidable(or I was never rotten enough to avoid it) but damn do I hate seeing her salute/peace sign every chance she gets. It's jarring.
The art isn't great. Sometimes the characters don't look right, I could tell there are 2-3 artists working on the characters, and one of them did an awesome job, one of them struggled to keep that same quality, and probably that same one did their best to rush through some scenes. I can't fault a team of this size, it's a massive game, a LOT can happen, I'm just thankful there is as much art as there is in these events.
There aren't animated sex scenes, but there are so many characters and so many branching ways it can go, plus so much dialogue, that I'm okay with there not being animated sex scenes. It would cost the team so much more money to include it, and would take years for something that's not really needed. That's my opinion, at least.
The CONCLUSION:
If you can overlook these things, then get ready for one of the best adult sandbox games there is.
I deeply recommend this game for anyone who enjoys adult games. For all its shortcoming it heavily makes up for in the amount of content and situations you end up in as the MC, and it has a LOT of replay potential plus NG+ in case you want to keep your progress of stats and the like.
