I wish I wasn't.

Bought this when I was a kid.

I was a dumb kid.

Probably the best 4 euros I've spent in my life.

If you throw your money in the trash at least some poor homeless dude can find it and buy some food, so there's at least a chance of something good happening when you do that. Cant say the same for this pile of garbage.

The devs must be relatives of Usain Bolt because boy they grabbed that money and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ right off. They throw a pathetic excuse for a patch here and there like dirt on the floor to cover up their tracks.

At first I was alone.
But I was happy.
Everytime I looked at myself I smiled.
Then some thing appeared inside of me. It was a pickaxe.
At first I was scared, petrified of what misfortunes the pickaxe would bring.
Then I realized, Pickaxe is not my enemy. It's my friend.
Pickaxe soon became my best friend - I picked it up, threw it around, Pickaxe didn't care.
I was so happy, more than ever before.
But one time, after I let go of the Pickaxe, it didn't slam back into me like it did before.
The pickaxe left. Pickaxe flew away.
My heart is broken. I shed a tear.
Days have passed and I've been so alone, but a glimmer of light appeared out of nowhere.
It was a red umbrella, so beautifully lush and shiny.
It became my new best friend.
I am happy, once again.

This game is an emotional rollercoaster.

One of the best and most beautiful story telling experiences you could even dream for. This game is a must have for anyone who enjoys playing games, especially for story telling purposes. I replayed it 4 times by now and it's still breath taking to this day. And don't get me started on the soundtrack, I've known to stop playing the game, lean back on my chair and just cycle through the songs on the ingame gramophone.

Simply astonishing.

Amazing co-op game to play with your friends, the community kinda gave up but I'm still hoping the game will blossom once again. Overall, amazing and adicting game.

It's unbelievable how the ambience of the game as well as the narrative story that you control is all meld so perfectly together into one beautiful game. No matter who you are, I would say this game is a must have.

The game is just awesome. Co-op friendly, whit awesome comedy and great storyline, this game is a must have.

I've nominated this game for the "Test of Time" award, because no matter what this game suddenly gets an update or I keep coming back to it.

Just when you think the updates are done for, and when the dev team splits or says they are done with updating it... They come back. It's probably my favorite game I've ever played, and has everything you need to keep you hooked for a long time.

I don't think I can think of an element of the game that is bad, from the soundtrack to the art of sprites, mechanics and the wide variety of weapons, armor, equipment, vanity items, building blocks so many you always discover a new one you didn't think existed before. Events, amazing biomes and world generation and exploration, pyramids, caves, undiscovered shrines and floating islands... I'm getting excited just by writing about it.

There is not a single person I wouldn't recommend this game to, specially with the low price and the constant sales it gets.

I think my playtime can say a lot, and I'm pretty sure it's going to start going up again, since just writing this review made me want to boot it up again and cancel all my plans tonight.
