Bloober actually did the impossible. It really does feel like something blasphemous to say, but they have just improved on every aspect of the legendary original game, while also retaining its essence.
This game is a once in a lifetime experience, even if you have played the classic before. Masterfully done, catered with love and with utmost respect to the original game. Besides the technical performance, Silent Hill 2 remake really is a perfect piece of art.

The Steam Awards asked me to write a review one of my nominees, so here I am. There wasn't any questions about that Hades will be my nominee as Game of the Year. It's a mastercrafted, insanely polished action rogue-lite, which brings a refreshing, fun as hell take on Greek mythology. Supergiant truly outdid themselves not only with their best ever gameplay loop, but they also maanged to merge that story-light genre with a gripping narrative. I swear I never heard the same two voice lines in 120 hrs of playtime - blows my mind, honestly.

I've been playing Hades since Early Access and the game also continously got better thanks to the valuable community feedback and the willingness of the developers to listen to those feedbacks. Absolute perfection of a game and a piece of art. I couldn't love and respect these devs more.

Shadow of Mordor is pretty decent, enjoyed every bit of it and done everything except those stupid hunter challenges and repetitive slave missions. I rarely get hooked into a game that much but the Nemesis System is purely revolutionary and it has made the average (but addictive) gameplay an absolute blast. Obviously, the LotR setting raises the bar too, even though the atmosphere is vastly different from that we got used to in Middle-Earth. Well, it takes place in Mordor afterall, which is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dark and gloomy.

Highly recommended, especially if you're fond of the Arkham-styled gameplay (which I am).

A long time has passed since I got instantly hooked into an RPG (excluding the Souls-series) but Dragon's Dogma made me play 9 hours straight immediately. And I don't even feel guilty about it. I can't remember the last time when I was that excited about playing a game really. I have a feeling I'm dealing with an absolute masterpiece.

Slay the Spire is terrifyingly addictive. It's the perfect combination of a rogue-like and beckbuilding game with perfectly polished gameplay, especially for an Early Access title. Worth every penny.

The amount of content and overall quality of this game is just mind-blowing. Can't get enough of it.

The Souls series contains the perfect games I could've just wished for, and the third installation of the series is absolutely the most polished one of it. I could talk about for like ages and ages how incredible the atmosphere is, or the visual- and world design, original soundtrack and the implementation of the lore into the gameplay and the world itself, but all of that has been written before, all across the web. And no, Dark Souls is not only about how hard is it, this trilogy offers something which you just can not find in any other title (besides Demon's Souls and Bloodborne). Since I played FROMSOFTWARE's masterpieces, I can't truly enjoy and sink hours and hours into other games anymore...

Why would I? I have Dark Souls.

Telltales's most fun, immersive and action-packed title so far. In a way of a simple but intriguing story with well-written, humanlike characters, absolutely creative cinematic directing with voice actors like Troy Baker, Nolan North or Laura Bailey. Perfectly fits into the Borderlands universe without a single freaking flaw. And man, I haven't had a good laugh like that for a really long time, the comedy aspect of the game is terrific. I though't I had seen Telltale's peak with The Walking Dead's first season. I was wrong. Take your gear, Vault Hunters!

Dark Souls easily gave me the most unique and indescribable gaming experience I have ever had. Yeah, you're going to die a million times but it will never be the game's fault, you will learn from every mistake you made. Dark Souls teaches you by its gameplay and not by its non-existant casual tutorials. Dying is not a frustrating thing in this journey, but the essence which makes this game so unique and outstanding. Sometimes you will get punished so hard even after you died, but you'll just want to keep playing. The gameplay is so simple at first glance, but in fact, it's deeper than the depression I felt in when I got cursed by those freaking frogs. I just can't tell how many secrets the game has, it's mind-blowing. And jeez, that level design... I have NEVER seen such genial, fluid and complex level design in any game, EVER, and at the same time it's so easy to memorize every inch of Lordran's amazing world. This universe is vital and thanks to its amazing community, Dark Souls is still a living, full of life experience.

After all, I thought I've seen everything in the gaming industry, then I did give a try to this masterpiece. Dark Souls is easily the best *game* I have played in my life and I only saw the tip of its nearly heightless iceberg.
10/10, would lose my soul(s) again.

There are paintings, books, movies and video games. Forget all of these. Maybe even forget the TellTale games, because Life is Strange ubers them all. Seriously, this game is so complex of feelings and storytelling that I probably still couldn't process it at this blessed moment. If you are searching for a review which -logically- reviews the game, then you shouldn't be reading this. If you are searching for an answer for a question like,"Should I experience one of my most amazing, intriguing and beautiful story in my life?", then you are at the good place. The answer is yes and please, don't hesitate a minute.
I wish I could rewind time to relive this journey again...
