-If a regular Boy survives long enough (or is not killed by his fellows because he is seen as a threat), he can move on to the next level of his career. Most titles can be easily discerned by whatever prefix they have. For example: a Big-Mek is obviously better than just a Mek. If an Ork reaches this stage of his career he can be known as Deff X. X being whatever it is that he does. Such as a Driva (Ork who is obsessed with driving large, fast, loud vehicles) becomes a Deff Driva. This prefix is also used to describe various techologies. Particularly deadly weapons can be easily identified by the way the Orks speak of them. An example being a Beamy Gun (Ork equivalent of an anti-vehicle Lascannon) is a lesser version of a Beamy Deff-gun. Using what you have learned about the titles Big and Deff, you can see that anything wearing the prefix Big, is quite obviously better than anything not wearing said prefix. Because Bigger is Better to Orks. These are just two of many Ork titles.

-Above Runtz are the common and most numerous: Da Boyz. This is where you find the first social divide among the Orks. When an Ork grows large enough (usually takes about a week), he becomes One uf Da Boyz, and begins his career in whatever tradeskill he was born to do. For example: It is common knowledge that an Ork is born knowing how to do whatever it will do when it matures. When he stops being so runty, he will become whatever it is he was born to be, Such as a Mekboy (Ork technology specialist), a Burnaboy (Ork infatuated with fire and flame based weaponry), a Flyboy (Ork pilot), or even just a regular old hand to hand fighter which can go by one of many names (Choppa, Stompy, Crazy-git).
