Yeah it's pretty fun.

First, the DEMO is clearly an earlier/rougher version of the game than what you get when you buy it. There are definitely a few small changes and improvements since the demo was released.

It's still a little rough around the edges, but overall it's a fun little game. Super cozy and casual. There's no enemies, no combat, no fall damage. No way to die.

Very interesting take on Day/Night cycle. There's ZERO pressure and you NEVER feel RUSHED.
You control the time/day. There are 3 phases of the day: Morning, Store Hours, & Night. Because you choose when to open your store, time will not pass beyond Morning until you choose to let it do so. So you have a basically infinite amount of time to explore the map, gather resources, find secrets and BOOSTS to your current day's profits.. When you choose to open the store to customers, a timer starts and you will get a constant flow of customers until the store automatically closes at Night time. At Night, you once again have a basically infinite amount of time to run around the map and continue to explore, gather resources, and find secrets, until you choose to sleep.

You are encouraged to explore beyond the boundaries of the map, and there are some rewards for doing so. You have the ability to Teleport Home at anytime, from the pause menu, with zero negative consequences.

Lots of fun! Tons of content! Seems like a shallow survival crafting on the surface but there's quite a bit of RPG elements here and a fun story.

A truly incredible game.

It's kinda like Animal-Crossing-Lite, set in Australia.

This trash-pick-up simulator is so addictive!

Edit: 46 Hrs in and I still can't stop picking up litter.

Really enjoying this game!
It plays a LOT like The Elder Scrolls games. On a scale of Morrowind to Skyrim, I'd say it's most close to Oblivion in complexity-vs-Quality of Life features.

Update: This game is still getting huge updates and changes in the lead up to 1.0 This might be the best survival game on Steam.

Quite a lot of content available for just having launched into Early Access. Tons of quests, resources, gathering, crafting, upgrading, building, etc. The world is going to be huge, judging by the map size, but there is a giant red wall in the game world, limiting how much you can explore at the moment.

Love the freedom to do what you want, when you want.

Really dislike how overpowered the RED Shroud water/lava is.. Especially with the imperfect geometry of the landscape, it's easy to find yourself in the RED stuff, unable to jump your way because of crappy angles.

It's ARK + Breath of the Wild + Pokemon + Satisfactory.

It's fun! But it's still "Early Access" so it's slightly rough around the edges as far as features and animations go. And I haven't gotten to the endgame yet, but I believe it's still lacking quite a bit of intended content. Seems very solid performance-wise.
