Planet-dungeon crawler with some story and side-quests.
Literally like Skyrim with guns and sandbox elements from the start.

The game has a number of quest scripting bugs, UI bugs some even game breaking.
However, the core dungeon crawling piece is playable,

If you have expected something absolutely special and new - no, that is a Bethesda game.

UPD:
Oh, there is also base building and some economy elements to help you in crafting, a decent addition to the Skyrim's sandbox things, probably it was there in the Fallout 4, I've just didn't play it yet.

Wonderful Lovecraftian-Giger-esque walking simulator with horror elements. Based on an art of some great polish artist. Do recommend. Contains graphic content also 18+.
