Totally cheats at Cities Skylines with an infinite money Mod...I can see where the VAC ban came from. I would advise never building any sort of city with him due to the fact that he wont listen to any of my request or comments. I once demanded that we expand our roadway infrastructure and he denied me like christ. Would never play Cities with him again.
