SO of all the problems I'm seeing talked about, the one problem I'm not seeing discussed is the clunkiness of the combat. And I get it. This is a PC port. I also get that not all characters will fight like they did in the PSP games because this is an "upgrade". But my god. It does not feel okay to be playing as golbez and having the inability to chain attacks. If there's one thing I was all about, it was chaining attacks and working up that bravery for the big HP finish.

In this game, from what I'm seeing, it's "attack bravery, send them flying, chase after them, repeat."There's no, Press bravery, then press again to combo, or throw in an HP mix up, then follow up with a wall chase, and bravery again to keep them pinned and so forth. It;'s just "Boop and chase until dead."

That's not the Dissidia I remember.

Please, PLEASE, tell me if I'm wrong. I want a reason to like this game, but as of right now, I can't. Not when I can't even fight properly.

As much as I wann, AS MUCH AS I WANNA, I can't give this game anything more than a 3 or 4 out of 10.

... I wont' go into the speal of why. real the other commetns and reviews. You'll get a fairly good idea of the problems. The biggest issue, for me, was how the game gives you the option to go fast, rigth? Like, your character, in a secific level, has the option to go fast, becuase he picks up speed fairly quickly. BUt the camera wont work with you, and add to that, the traps and pitfalls that will stop you in your tracks. Or you overshoot the target. Or hell, the special ability stuff doesn't even work right..

The controls are just so offputting, that I can't even finisht he game right now. It's sad. Upsetting even, as this game loked liek it had so much potential. I was so hype to place a sonic game of this caliber. Custom character, Yeah okay. Sonic Generations styled gameplay, Hell yeah. Calssic sonic, WHAT A TWIST, HELL YEAH. Big bad cillain, Eh, not that big of a deal.

Quality voice acting and script writing, ..... it's almost as if there was this big joke, half the time, And It was going over my head. That's how it felt whenever I listened to any of the characters speak. Ifinite wasn't event hat sary, thouh he could've been. YOU HAD THE VOICE, BUT WASTED THE TALENT, HOW COULD YOU??

Just.... Just don't get this gma,e unless it's on super sale. or somehting. Idk. It's just not what I expected at all. And I'm very sad.

Back when I first joined this game, Honestly, It was the most unique experience I've ever had. To this day, There really, and truly is nothing like this game. The graphics are amazing, the styles and characters are great, and considering where it started, it's come a long long way.

At this point, I would say I play it, but I've had computer troubels as of late, so I know I've missed out on alot, But I look at the game every day to see whats new, and what to look forward to.

If you enjoy gratouitous violence, dazzling effects, as well as generally kicking ass and dodging like a pro, this game is totes up your alley.
