Second thing you need to know, I use games to distract myself from the bad feelings, not to enjoy myself. I don't enjoy myself. I can't enjoy myself. Joy is not a thing that I have experienced for 10 years. What I refer to as joy nowadays is not the actual feeling of joy, it is a varying degree of distractive capacity that the task at hand provides to alleviate some, not all, of the pain that my mental and emotional states bring me.
