Very good FFB. VR is crap on 4090. Reflections are from a 1992 game maybe 1993. They wasted so much time milking ACC and now they show up with this game that is at best alpha not beta. They are actually making it while its in EA. Lack of cars, lack of tracks, no multiplayer and no free roam.

These people are greedy ... very greedy. The game is free and you get only the worst from it. Then you suddenly need to buy cars and tracks iracing style but some sort of ghetto iracing style.

A lot of problems with Thrustmaster T818. Controller settings not saving and so on ... I can't map the paddle snifters because they take me back one step in the menu instead of mapping to downshift. Also force feedback settings dont stick and sometimes inputs are going crazy. I play with success all other sim/racing games with no problems whatsoever.

I would also add the game is horrible in terms of FFB and graphics. Devs these days abuse Frame Generation techniques and upscallers to FIX their own bugged code that has abysmal performance even on best hardware.

Explain me how a 4090 at 4K cant do 60fps constant in this mess of a game ?

JUST DONT BUY save YOUR MONEY

The good:

- great PCVR headset with OLED
- nice ~2000x2000 resolution
- natively SteamVR
- no lag at all
- display port connection no stutering and macroblocking like "streamed" devices eg. Q2 / Q3
- if you have a powerfull RTX card 4080+ maybe a 4090 you will get amazing visuals

The bad:

- Sony cheaped a lot by not including a measly 2-3 USD BT 5.2 dongle in this box !
- See above these cause issues for A LOT of people that think they BT implementation from the motherboard is flawless
- Some tracking issues in darker enviroments (was on PS5 also)

The devs are laizy with VR for sure. I bought and refunded this game a few months ago and VR is still in its infancy ... if the money is flowing why really bother ? I hate this kind of development to be honest. It looked trash in VR and the performance was close to that. Maybe I will buy it again and try again to see if they actually did work on it or just keep VR in early access for 2-3 years and milk the game.

Why do I need PSN account on PC ?! This is OUTRAGEOUS.

I guess its nice. Never actually did a proper drift ...

Odissey is not working in VR and its an immersion breaker ... either way is shallow.

Better than D4. What else could you desire ?
