I'm sorry to hear that, OP. I went through a similar experience. I could never take random breaks at work, I couldn't make friends with random people on the street, I couldn't spit very well, and I was running out of things to spend money on.
You know what I did? I changed. I immediately moved to the nearest trailer park. I listened to Kid Rock and hung out with pregnant alcoholics until someone offered me a cigarette.
People think you can just "go smoke a cigarette." WRONG. You have to change YOURSELF first.
