Runs beautifully at native 4k ultra on my 4080/5800x system though I did have to turn off DLSS to achieve this due to stuttering when swinging the camera around. I'm sure this will be fixed. Yesterday's small update fixed the network issue I was having as well.

The story is 🐶 💩. But we don't play MH for the story. Get through that as fast as you can. Feel free to skip every cut scene that includes every unlikeable character in this. Its not World, there's nothing to see here.

The monsters and the setting though are great. The combat has improved yet again, let's go!

First I should get the bad points out of the way. Nobody likes Denovo, it's a heavy pain in the ass. Also nobody wants extra launchers attached to games but they're both unfortunate realities of the gaming landscape.

I'm only a couple of hours into Outlaws and I am Star Wars fan but I don't believe that I'm a biased fan. I gave Jedi Survivor 2 a negative review due to the extremely bad performance and eventually refunded it as I was so disappointed after months of updates that the game was still fundamentally broken.
This game is not JS2.

My first two hours with it have been an absolute pleasure. I could sit and watch what's going on in the backgrounds for hours, droids and different species just wondering around, I love the immersiveness of it all and the gameplay and story have been top notch so far. Combat is fun, controls feel tight and the difficulty feels fair. There have been a few moments where as a Star Wars fan I've just sat back in awe of this game already. It feels like you're in a movie at times.

Ignore the children review bombing it. It's a big thumbs up from me, buy it now.

Ok so the price is ridiculous but it runs like a dream on ROG Ally in 15w performance mode. 1080p, locked at 60fps with everything turned up.
Just don't do what I did and preinstall and unlock it before getting on a 5 hour flight with no WiFi but forget about the silly R* launcher needing to validate the game files the first time you play. You'll need an internet connection to do that.

It's kinda not cool of me to say this but I like it. It's a lot of fun. I didn't play MW1 or MW2 so maybe there's something to be said about that but if you want a good FPS with a lot of content then give it a go.

My only gripe has been that I had to jump through hoops to get it to launch on both of my systems. One I had to turn off Big Screen mode in order to launch the first time and the other I had to enable run as administrator on the game .exe and then the same on Steam in order to launch.

I can't run this game for more than 5 minutes before a crash. I've tried many different settings and waiting on updates to fix things but I've given up and decided with just 1hr of gameplay since July '23 that Steam are going to have to refund me. This title is not fit for purpose under Australian consumer law. It's very annoying, I'm a massive SW fan and loved Jedi Fallen Order.

I sat for 1 hour trying to get the game settings to allow me to take the car out of park. I tried using my fanatec shifter, wheel paddles, keyboard and controller.
Also after a while I noticed that a car would run into me every time I restarted the scenario within a minute or so (this is whilst I'm parked off of the road in a parking spot attempting to get the car to shift out of park!)
I'm sure it's a good game but my only experience was sitting in a broken car and getting wrecked continuously.

Doesn't work on Steam Deck.

Big F1 fan here but if you've played 20 or 21 then you've played this. Grab it on sale later, at full price it's just a rehash. I'll be refunding and sticking to iRacing for the W12s.

The game ran fine for me btw, Fanatec setup with pedals via wheelbase. Ran Ultra high with a 3080 at 5120x1440 at 120fps. Graphics are last gen.

Edit/ So I purchased this again in December 22 on sale at half price and played an hour on it. I'd say it's worth it at this price though I won't say it was a no brainer.
