It's pretty enjoyable at its current stage. Health system is pretty complex, one time I had to pull glass shards out of my arm with tweezers, disinfect the wound, stitch it together, and finally bandage it. That felt pretty engaging and neat. The gameplay itself is pretty challenging though, it's really easy to die if you aren't careful. I'd say this game is worth it at $15, but if it goes on sale definitely give it a try if you're a fan of the zombie survival genre.
