Okay so yes this is serious, I'm struggling recently with figuring out how to wipe and wash my ass. I know how this sounds.

I recently started hearing that I smell like poop and ♥♥♥♥ everywhere I go and it caused me to change habits and second guess my self.

My family keeps saying I smell fine but I know I sometimes smell poop when I start to walk sweat and this is embarrassing as ♥♥♥♥ at work.

So just to be specific so people can actually help me figure this out. When I wipe I try to only wipe the exterior, am I supposed to wipe with a little bit of pressure or? Just softly wipe it like I would if I got sauce on my mouth when eating?

And showering I rinse whole body, then wash, then start on booty I rinse the booty then I scrub taint and crack with a wash cloth then rinse then do it again. Am I supposed to scrub like the outside of my booty hole?
