Played in 2022 for the fiorst time it feels surely "outdated" in many aspects, but in the end the feeling and the holocaust desperation is there. Properly modded is quite enjoyable in the end.

ah, precious gems come in little packages! Boasting a curious blending of Solitaire and RPG-esque flavour, the game unfolds in a magnetic way: one that locks you in and keeps you going for "just another one!". Rogue-lite mechanics keep the formula fresh and enjoyable. Stunning game.

I made my first and awesome playthough of this Masterpiece, in the end. Absolutely witty and clever writing, memorable characters (Glottis!), weird but not-unfair puzzles (sometimes it gets a bit too cryptic, IMHO, but in the end the results make it fair enough, plausible). I played with the italian dub, and it's absolutely lovely with chara-rendition and immersive. Original VO (English) is top notch, too. I completed it in roughly 23 hours, all by myself except for a single tiny hint i had to look up in Year 2. A mandatory play for any graphic-adevture fan, and i dare to say any gamer with a penchant for very high quality game. Fun, that's all.

When New Vegas came out, late 2010, many billed it quick as a mere "data disk" of popular Fallout 3. Six years later, not only it vastly superceedes Fallout 3 in every aspect, but proves itself worthy even compared to brand new Fallout 4. The writing and choices are superb (usual masterwork by Avellone himself) and the feeling of being part of postapocaliptic Mojave is unsurpassed. I reccomend this heartfully, but please apply adequate modding (the plain vanilla experience is quite... jaggy).

Simple and "on rails" like it could be described, this game offers some genuine and rewarding "slashing", with an intelligent on-the-fly power up mechanic which is quite satisfying. Musically and - especially - visually striking, the crytech engine behind this game shines with realistic and gorgeous rendition of fabric, shiny plates and stunning panoramas of ancient Rome. Lightining, as exptected, is particularly good and believable. Also some tasty cinematic sequences. Game is quite simple so go straight with the hardest difficult from the start (3rd tier on 4, latest is available only on the second run). Also, don't play down the well constructed and engaging multiplayer: in coop it's a very enjoiable experience.

From the talented Starbreeze studio cames another "hidden" gem for the ages. With a simple taste for striking visuals and sounds, and sustained by a gorgeous art direction all over, this is quite the experience. Following in the wake of masterpiece ICO, nordic handcraft shines in this beautiful game. Don't miss it.
