Heard about this game only a week before it was released through a friend in WoW. I ended up buying the game so I could play before the Friday. Managed to play 3 days without any queuing issues. Friday happened and the failed maintenance then when the game was finally accessible there was over 11k people in my server queue. This hasn't really changed since, but if I am WFH I ping open the game so I can queue in the background then play when finished, or if I'm out wifey starts it for me. Out of the hours played at the time of writing this I've prob spent about 1/4 of the time queuing, the rest playing. My son also plays on his own char on my account.

That's enough rambling out the queues and other bits, everyone is aware of them.

What I enjoy:
- The quests are generally short, sharp and snappy. There are chain quests are longer but nothing too taxing.
- Instances/Dungeons while levelling can be completed on your own in Normal or Hard mode. This saves a lot of time.
- The game is gorgeous and the game play feels smooth.
- The music and scenery compliments each other very well.
- The story is interesting but you can spam 'G' to skip dialoge and still know what the general idea is. (Some scenes you can't skip on first viewing).
- There is so much depth to the game with Dungeons, Area Bosses, Sailing, PVP, Guilds, Raids, Collectables, Adventure Tome, Engraving, Cards, Mining, Foraging, Foresting, Fishing and more.

Dislikes so far:
- Area chat (Just awful the majority of the time).
- The queues (Apparently being addressed next week).
- Quests can be very boring, pick up this, drop it literally 2 seconds away done. (Yes I know I mentioned they are easy above).
- Once you finish a certain bunch of quests and story you are dumped into the first main city. There is a lot to learn and absorb right quick quickly.
- Lots of different currency bits, can be confusing at times for what you need. Like you can't buy from AH till you have some currency but you can get it through quests, or you have to trade crystals in the store to get some just to buy items with gold.

I'm sure there is more to add to both lists, but I would thoroughly recommend playing as it is very, very enjoyable and time consuming.

Played this game so much when it first game out, stopped for a while. Recently tried in again and it was full of bots. Heard about the ban wave and it's actually playable again. So much fun had.
