There is legitimately nothing that can be done to redeem this game. Pure Junk.

Very faithful remake of the game with some great expansions to movement and artstyle. Can't wait to go through it again for a Thinner run. :D

Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger, and The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist, is an absolute landmark achievement in Video Games, although a term so limiting as 'Video Game' could never do this masterpiece justice. I think this is better classified as a piece of living, breathing digital art. At times, it felt as if there was an entire cast and crew in my computer, orchestrating every move that I made in game.

Absolutely EVERYTHING within this piece of art is impeccably done. The soundtrack is beautiful, using scores of Beethoven to punctuate the moves made within the game, giving every action a weight that feels cinematic. The graphics are absolutely cutting edge, combining the latest in Ray Tracing technology with Motion Capture character sequences, giving every modern game out there a SERIOUS run for it's money. As well, the voice acting is TOP NOTCH. Beloved actor, Sir Michael Caine was cast as Dr. Langeskov and let me tell you that every bit of the mans charm and wit shows in spades with this character. At times, I forgot that I was interacting with a pre-scripted character with how convincing of a voice over performance the man gave. Additionally, the level of detail in game is unparalleled. EVERYTHING is able to be interacted with. From a can of soda that you can take a sip from (Which I somehow was able to taste??) to a phone that you can answer and subsequently hang up. The world is so fleshed out that at times, I felt that I was in a completely different reality. The absolute highlight of this game for me was the elevator ride to the vault where the Terribly Cursed Emerald is stored. Hearing the thoughts of Dr. Langeskov in your headphones as he reflects on the vicious battle with The Tiger is truly one of my favourite moments in gaming.

It seems that recently this game has gone free to play which is an exemplary move from the developers of this game. Bringing this masterpiece to as many of us as possible is what art is all about. There isn't a better time to get experience this piece of modern art. Get it now!!!!
