It looks good. I mean, it looks really good. It just doesn't feel very good to play, combat-wise. There's very little feedback on enemy attacks against the player unless they are huge enemies. It plays more like the new God of War games than a souls-like, which is just disappointing to me. If you like the God of War games and the cinematic narrative-driven style, you'll probably like this. I just don't enjoy the flow of combat so I'm not recommending it. It feels rather outdated, especially compared to something contemporary like Elden Ring.

If you liked the first one, this one is also good. It has optimization issues, but I could care less, poors should just get a better pc

Pretty underwhelming, but the first forest game was good enough for me to stick with this until it is done. It is definitely rough right now with little building options and a ridiculously tedious inventory (why are there no hotkeys?). Don't buy it if you're expecting a finished game, only if you want to ♥♥♥♥ around with your friends right now and then play through it completely in a couple years when it is done.

My biggest gripe - why are there animations for every building / crafting thing? That seems like such a massive waste of time.

Biggest pro - The modular building system is pretty cool and reminds me a bit of vallheim albeit less functional.

Best voxel graphics + atmosphere I've seen in VR so far. Solid roguelike underneath. I hope the dev continues to add more content, but otherwise, it can entertain you for quite awhile compared to other VR games.
