This game is a ton of fun to play with a group of friends. It's a fast paced, intense game where you have to work together with 3 other people to outmaneuver and sink everyone else. I never write reviews, but this game deserves to explode in popularity, so here I am trying to help it get there. Even with its small player base (the current biggest flaw of this game imo), with a crew you can get into an active lobby within 5 minutes.

To all the people who think this is just a SoT ripoff, Blazing Sails inspired me to buy SoT because I thought it would be the pirate game in terms of quality and enjoy-ability. SoT is fun and all, but I ended up coming back to Blazing Sails because of the fast paced fun that it provides. The developers keep adding more and more new content also, which keeps it fresh.

Overall, the exhilarating high you get when you and your friends successfully sink ships is worth every penny.
