The only reason why this game is not 10/10 is lack of Workshop support.

Yeah... we know that map-packs can generate some ez rupees... but at least give us a possibility of uploading our own awatars, golf clubs and balls.

9/10- must have if You have friends with VR headsets

6/10 as desktop game, 8/10 as VR game... bump the score by one if You have at least 2 friends to play with.

TTK is trash... You cant win most 1v2 and long range fights...

... but its still a quality game... I just dont enjoy games where You need 80 bullets to kill a single person.

Let me tell that straight away... I do enjoy this game despite all its flaws and weird gimmicks... and I didnt like BF4 that much... even after all these years.

First things first... ... they look very good for the most part... some building on Hourglass (during sunrise) do look like straight from a mobile game... but the rest of the game looks beautiful... especially during night-time with massive shootings and explosions all around You...

... speaking of shooting... ... oh boy... Im not an audiophile... the audio is very good... characters talking etc... but... there is something off with weapon sounds... they dont have that punch that BF5 had... they sound more like BF4 guns (leaning towards BF5 but still)... cant say much about music because its meh but fits the theme of the game.

What is the most important thing in first person shooters? Oh yea... ... to put it mildly... they... arent that good. Animations for some of the guns are lazy as ♥♥♥♥ (Im looking at You AK74 and AN94) they dont sound good and there are only like 22ish in the main game (not counting portal). 2 LMGs? Are You f-ing serious? Skins? Almost all of them are bad. The only 2 good skins are for 30 kills and 1200 kills... and these are the only two challenges in the entire game. What they were thinking? The balance is good except that one marksman rifle that kills in two shots across the map and is semi auto (reminder... all bolt action sniper rifles do the same thing except they kill in one shot to the head... what a tradeoff). It can easily be patched. The only good thing about weapons is that there are tons of attachments to unlock.

... another topic that devides players. There are only 7 maps at launch (+6 in Portal). These maps are hella big but most of them are actually very good. Yes some of them are too big and You need to run for like 2mins only to die in one shot by some hidden sniper... but if You keep spawning on flags then there is no issue... also You can play as that wingsuit lady and basically fly around the map. Most of them are good (the only one I dislike is Discarded... that ship in the middle of nothing)... but I can still enjoy it.

What wingsuit? Is this some sort of item? No... its time to talk about... ... I DONT HAVE PROBLEM WITH THEM... because I see them as secondary gadget slot with a character skin attached to it. Also... most of them are pretty bad and one is stupid. The two useful ones are wingsuit lady and the medic... the stupid one is that wallhack lady... things like that dont belong into Battlefield game... the rest of them are forgettable and just boring... maybe except that grappling hook guy but I didnt play him. I also dont have problem with characters skins because I see everyone as moving dark-green pile of pixels anyway... and it was the same way in every BF game. Some people hate them because they replaced old class system... well I hated that old system because I couldnt play as long range medic sniper... now I can.

The second hot topic is ... I play on 5-3600/ 1060oc 6gb/ 16ram... and on medium preset with textures high and shadows low I do have between 50 and 75fps. The lowest Ive recorded was on Hourglass at stadium with literally 3/4 of server throwing grenades and tornado coming in... and I still didnt go under 40fps... but Im only speaking for myself... my two friends with better GPUs (but slower CPUs) had barely 60fps on low settings... so yeah... its all over the place but we can easily see that the game is CPU demanding.

On the other side... ... Im lvl40 and I had only one glitch on one specific map (Kaleidoscope) where one of Your teammates will appear as an enemy. Its not game breaking but still. Ive heard about people having tons of glitches but I didnt encounter any... but since people are posting videos with them, we cant say that the game came in perfect shape... no... its pretty bad but not Cyberpunk levels of bad.

What about ... there are 3 of them... All-Out-Warfare which is the main 128 players futuristic mayhem... Hazard Zone that combines Tarkov with BR... and there is Portal. The first one speaks for itself... its Your classic Battlefield with all that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Ive told You already. The second one (Hazard Zone) is forgettable at best. It lacks something and I dont know what that is. Basically You are being thrown into a map (4man squads) with 31 other players trying to secure the intel and survive. There are bots roaming around... idk... boring mode. Last but not least there is Portal which gives You 6 extra maps from previous games (1942/ BC2/ BF3) and many more weapons to play... with ability to customize servers at Your will. It has a great potentiat but for now it kinda lacks in everything. Only 6 maps... handful of weapons. We will see in the future.

So... at the end... as I said I do enjoy the game even at its current state... there are lots of things to fix but it has great potential and it will be a great game... at some point in the future.

I wish I could play this game one more time without knowing what the outcomes are.

9/10- an awesome 6-7hr interactive movie to watch with Your friend.

Just remove the guns at this point... no... no no no no... You know what?... You should delete the entire game.

The entire game should be about staring at the blank wall.

edit: these idiots destroyed the entire modding scene just to suck Sony's little d*ck... ♥♥♥♥... YOU... hope You choke with that money. The incompetence of developers is beyond staggering.

+ Tons of custom maps that are often from other games
+ CoD Zombies
+ You can easily reload a gun while being in a hurry due to forgiving 'controls'
+ Open mic lobbies on Nuketown 2025, interacting with other people is soooo fun

+/- Maybe the recoil is a little bit too high
+/- You cant reload a gun with other mag
+/- We need a little bit more game modes like Domination or CTF and most important... Hardcore

- Not that many weapons to play with (3 Sniper Rifles, 4 Shotguns, 1 LMG, 1 MR... not counting WW2 weapons because I barely see them)
- TTK is waaay tooooo hiiiigh... gun game is awful because its impossible to 2-shot someone with bolt action rifle (TWICE) on CQC map... pistols take like 5-7 shots to kill which is a problem when You have a pistol with 8 bullets
- Some iron sights are too small and You can barely see through them... its a game not a simulation... BREN LMG is impossible to aim with
- This game needs to get some sort of award for the worst bots in a videogame
- Stalingrad map is TRASH and it looks like a map from DonkeyKong 64
- Some things are clearly rushed and unfinished
(- In every other game I have like 40-75ping... but in this game even if it says that this server's latency is around 60, I have like 140-180 ping... what... the... f*ck?... idk if its a problem with the game or what)

It can be insanely fun to play... especially on Nuketown TDM or WW2 Rush... but then... there is GunGame... which is an absolute nightmare due to high TTK... and I really want to play GunGame... but Im constantly getting stuck on L96 or Kar98k because its impossible to 2-shot someone with a bolt action rifle while he is holding an automatic rifle.

Pubs with friendly randoms (or friends) can be hella fun, but there are some serious problems that will most likely never be fixed.

+/- I really dont know much about campaign other than its mediocre, thats why I put it here

- Sniper rifles are a bit too weak
- Mortars are the reason why Im in love/hate relationship with this game

9-/10 ... but only if admin turned off damn mortars

+/- Multiplayer is forgettable... I'll take arena style DM over this anyday
+/- Low amount of weapons... altho they can be upgraded to function like a different gun
+/- I know that this is semi-fantasy game but some moments are really unnecessary (ex. the infamous 'player bullet')
+/- Other weird changes to punching, chainsaw, double jumping mid-air dashing almost flying... whatever... not fun

- Frustrating number of new mechanics, upgrades, things to learn and remember... I literally forgot about perks and flamethrower 10 seconds after they were introduced
- Platforming and wall-climbing sections are just stupid
- Too heavy dependent on chainsaw and glory kills

Doom Eternal feels like improvement in every single department... HOWEVER... its a prime example of 'getting too much is bad' thingy. Instead of adding sooo many new mechanics they should just add new weapons (and monsters, which they did), scrap multiplayer, make some sort of coop survival mode... and get rid of that ridiculous climbing sections.

A game that is good only because its in VR. Everything about this game is mediocre and the only thing that saves the whole thing is fluid controls.

+/- Climbing mechanic is mostly pointless and the maps are not made for that

- Progression is sooooo slow and not fun
- AI is non-existing... its a common thing for Your squad to just die 3 seconds after they spawn or get door stuck and You need to do the mission alone

6/10~ I still recommend this game because it can be fun... however dont buy it at full price.
