A rouge-like city builder. Just when you are about to top out on difficulty and become bored with a city either the difficulty ramps up or you move to another city. Quite a few great powers can be unlocked as you level up and build out the citadel. The game works really well at this stage of development and can recommend as a seemingly mostly complete package
