I got this for my partner and I cuz it looked cute, fun and would scratch the 'tism itch. The first few puzzles were fun and enjoyable but as the game went on we both became increasingly disappointed and frustrated. The devs say the puzzles become more "abstract" as the game goes on but they only seem to become less logical and solved in a way only an insane person would think of.

The constellation puzzle was so defeating because it... literally shows you how to solve it? It takes no brain power or thought. The clock though, THE CLOCK. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!

Most puzzles seems to work on colour, shape and size. After a while it gets very old. I thought this could be a good recommendation for children but ehhh... I can't even recommend it for kids.

Extremely disappointed. It's cute, has some good ideas but ultimately I wouldn't recommend it. If you're trying to get all the achievements for Daily Tidy, I wish you all the best - your brain will be melted by the end of it.

EDIT:
Now with 64 hours gameplay, played through the base game twice and finished the DLC and wow, what a freaking fun time! Wish there was a little more variance in weapons/combat but just couldn't give up the Roomsweeper P9000 ~ hands down my favourite gun in the whole game. Still the most beautiful game I think I've ever played. After all the patches, it's running really well though I do get the occasional crash (could be me). Sequel, PLEASE!!

ORIGINAL:
A small 48.4 hours of play time, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and I'm really looking forward to re-playing it with friends in co-op.

I grabbed this at launch and it was a buggy mess, especially in co-op. I've lost save games, had characters wiped, but I enjoyed this game so much I didn't even mind. Creating a new character was just another chance to discover new augmentations and modules that I hadn't found on my first playthrough.

The world is STUNNING. Easily the best environments I've laid my eyes on in a game, particularly in the cyberpunk genre but just.. WOW. wow. Outstanding. The gameplay was pretty repetitive, but enough of a challenge to not feel stale. It didn't bother me at all. Playing around with the different combinations of augs and modules made things really fun and allowed me to play things the way I wanted to.

Minor annoyances were that armour and weapon shops felt kinda useless other than to sell things, as most weapons and armours are looted. Would have been nice to feel like credits were worth something other than accumulating in my wallet, but that's small potatoes. Energy weapons felt kinda useless until late-game, but again - not a deal breaker in any way.

Voice acting and animation were amazing! Characters had distinct personalities, they were comical in all the right ways and it didn't take itself too seriously. Soundtrack and sound design was incredible. Weapons felt punchy and varied enough, and the sound of the Roomsweeper P9000 alone made that my main weapon of choice!

Absolutely effing loved this game. Can't wait to see what else comes from Neon Giant!

I just can't bring myself to enjoy this game, as much as I want to. I'm going to try again in 2022, but the main problem for me was V's character - I absolutely cannot identify with her at all. Her attitude, precociousness, her dialogue, her line delivery - the very antithesis of what I want out of a cyberpunk role playing game. Absolutely cringe-worthy.

The city is huge and impressive but ultimately lifeless and dead feeling. Nothing makes me want to explore the city, it just feels like a grand but worthless set piece. I'm usually pretty OK with overlooking bugs in games, but this game made it so hard to feel immersed. Small things all add up to really make it feel like it's a life/RPG simulation gone wrong.

So.. I'll try again next year, but this is a terrible slog to try to get through for me personally. YMMV.

An extremely linear experience that felt lacking but had amazing potential. My biggest gripe with the game was perhaps the lack of reason to explore the environments and the lack of variation in replaying missions. There is basically zero reason to explore the environments with the exception of a few hidden caches and intel bits, which spawn in the exact same place (but luckily only need be picked up once). Players familiar with missions will run straight from Points A to B, point out the intel and run on ahead which destroys the pacing and makes matches feel like a constant speed run.

So many corridors in levels really would lend itself well to having randomized locations on each play through, but alas - it's the same every time. Xeno AI is just 'ok', but once you learn their spawn points it's way too easy to set up turrets and blast away. Variation here would have made a huge difference, not knowing where they'll come from. I think it also suffers from the lack of any sense of danger, which seems to plague games in this franchise (except for Alien: Isolation). Xenos feel like nothing more than cannon fodder, not the universe's most feared predator.

On top of everything else like crashes and other bugs that I'm sure will be ironed out, it's not a very pretty game graphically. I may pick it up again on sale down the line if there's more content added, but for now it was a hard refund.

Disappointed, but not unexpected.

I've played Skyrim on just about every platform, but VR makes it worth playing. I haven't enjoyed the game this much, ever. Mods are essential to assist with gameplay balance & longevity as well as aging visuals, but thoroughly recommend. An excellent VR experience.

Just extremely "meh". Really feels like this final trilogy could have been compressed into a single game. It really feels like it exists solely as a set up for Gears 6. The story is lackluster and bare with narrative decisions that left me scratching my head - the story/character switch from JD to Kait was weird... hours of mission time is made redundant in the later game. Combat is extremely boring and repetitive with enemies that feel non-threatening and unengaging. I liked that it ran well on a 1060GTX 3GB mini, though ... but it felt like a chore to get through. Luckily the campaign is fairly short.

Absolutely great! After using TrinusPSVR for ages, the ease of getting iVRy to work is such a nice change of pace. Initially it wouldn't launch for me - setting Steam to run as Administrator in compatibility settings fixed this and since then had zero issues. Bought the Premium PSVR edition within an hour of playing around with the free version. Bought a Saitek x52 HOTAS and back in Elite Dangerous in a big way. Looking forward to future updates!

2,000x better than it used to be. An incredibly enjoyable experience and a great change of pace from the usual.
