I started in season 1, where a highlight play was an upside down aerial. Cool. Achievable. Fast forward to now and your highlight play is a reverse-musty aerial flick into a double-touch double flip reset. And now normal musty flicks are "lame", everyone is doing a Febreeze flick or whatever they call it. Breathe happy knowing at 2200 hours i still cant keep up with the hip new mechanics. If yall need me ill be in training doing upside down aerials listening to the vanilla soundtrack. 10/10 would devote 2200hrs again.


Well. I am now at 5,000 hours. At my peak i was top 0.2% and ive played against some pros here and there in comp. Ive been on teams, managed teams, co-owned a large eSports org. After all of this... here is my review; oooh-aaah-ooo-ooo-ooo-aaah-aaah-AAAHH! That is Rocket League speak for, "please pass me a banana, whenever you decide to rotate. What a save!" This is a good game if you are good at not getting mad at games.

I know people have been writing bad reviews for this game ever since its expansion. And yes, I agree that an expansion before official release is a bold move, but ARK: SUrvival Evolved is an amazing game. It is incredibly ambitious and intuitive. The expansion may be bold, but they released it for a good reason. They are still working out bugs. I know we have all experienced expansions that have bugs and glitches and all sorts of ♥♥♥♥ like that. Wild Card is releasing this expansion so they will know what to do right on the official release and on future expansions. It is for the good of the company, the game, and the public. So I beg you to reconsider your negative reviews. There is no reason this game should be labeled bad for an honest attempt at online stability on full release. That is all.
