the killer has no power. the dog can be shoo'd in 1 sec during chase, he bugs out and goes on a different path or just disappears. if you miss the dog attack the survivor gets 20 seconds of distance, pallets can be dropped while the survivor is being bitten, the dog is clunky and hard to hit stuff with.
this is THE worst killer in dead by daylight and further proof the developers do not care and will push out whatever garbage in order to get your $8. if you want a killer that can actually down people with a partner and has some *but less) bugs, play the twins
