I am a vanguard baby boomer now in my twilight years. I wish one of my parents had showed me the value of math and science. It’s too late for me now, but my two infant great grandchildren will be receiving boxes Kiwico for every birthday and Christmas for as long as I remain alive.

kidnapping a random junkie off the streets then forcing him to play skyrim for 72 hours straight and when we do let him sleep its only for 4 hours and then we wake him up blasting the skyrim theme and inject him with heroin and convince him he's in the skyrim world over and over and over again until one day we drop him in rural Scandinavia with a sword.

I hate how every single characters story is cut short, and the game just ends with no choice of what girl you want. The writing at the start makes your character seem to have such a low IQ almost made me quit the game the only sliver lining was butters she was the only character I actually cared about and wanted to marry her seeing has it was hinted at serval times that you would later be able to, so I went through all the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of the game only to find out that I get the most lack luster ending that basically says none of your choices matter

My god. My heart after playing this game. This is coming from a man who has watched & played multiple Urobochi works.

The story is about a kid who is attempting to enact his dream - to explore Mars - through rapid accumulation of wealth utilizing the stock market. At age 16 he ran away from home, earned 1,000 mools (appears to have 1/1 exchange rate with USD) working, then multiplied it to 72,000 mools through margin trading.

While starting off slow - perhaps even painfully so, the story moves towards a powerful, deeply moving (and terrible) conclusion.

I don't want to spoil more, so I'll end by saying World's End Economica (in Volume 1, at least) is the definition of the Linear VN archtype, unlike Fate/Stay Night you don't even get to make choices.

For those who want some action in their VN, Sunrider (a free game, and on Steam) plays very much like Fire Emblem with a dash of Mass Effect style morality choices.

Although I am recommending World's End Economica, it is emotionally traumatizing. Definitely not for everyone.
