simple. fast. fun.

I wouldn't even wipe my ass with this dogwater game

Incredibly boring and piss easy. Skills are very uninspiring and most skills do the nearly the same thing. No interesting passives or upgrades.

Played for an hour and I was nearly falling asleep steamrolling the first few levels.

It's alright. A lot of the skills are crap so there needs to be some sort of balancing later on. At least a couple hours of fun for a few dollars

It's hard to recommend this game because while it is a beautiful game with a very nice controls and gameplay, it has many faults

1) it's too easy and you have to play a ton of runs until it actually starts to get difficult. It takes 20 minutes a run and you have to complete a run every time to up the difficulty, up to 15? times. The ten minute runs don't count either. I'd like to play more to get harder difficulties but I really cannot be bothered to sink hours of sitting there in an easy mode just to get to a difficulty that would engage me.
2) "unique builds every run" but you get so many levels you eventually get basically every upgrade anyway, devs really should have slowed down the levelling or limited the upgrades like how it is in vampire survivors where you're only allowed a set amount of items.
3) lack of mob threat and variety. The "elite mobs" or bosses or whatever you wanna call them are pushovers. You see only a few of them spawn. There's barely any mob variety and some of them don't have anything special that they do.
4) the upgrades are boring. Most of them are just flat rates, one-dimensional upgrades. There are some cool ones but most of them just boost your stats and projectiles.

overall it's an OK game, I'm sitting on the fence and I can't give it a neutral rating, but personally I wouldn't recommend this game until there's more development and balancing. I would put it on the watchlist to see if any improvements will be made as there's definitely a lot of potential for this to be a great game.
