On a serious note, it's been a month and still no patches fixing many air-related bugs, like missiles going through flares and mobility issues, yet the store is up and working just fine. Nice to know EA still knows where its priorities lie.

/uj honestly, the lack of 60+ fps really hurts this game. luckily though, mods exist to support this, though aspect ratios over 16:9 are not supported in game or by mods, which also sucks.

So, coming off of playing Persona 3R-5R and 100%-ing them both, I can say that this game deserves a place amongst them in one of the better JRPG's I've played.
All of the persona games have good stories, some better than others at some points, and without going into spoilers (because you should play this game yourself), I can say that while this game's story isn't as strong as that of Persona 5R's and especially weaker than Persona 3R's, I enjoy the character dynamics a whole lot more. The main group of characters you'll be interacting with the entire game, The Investigation Team, are a wildly stupid and unserious bunch for the story that they are placed in, and their dynamics between each other, the ways they interact in Social Links, dungeons, and story events, stands out far more than the dynamics of the characters in Persona 3R and Persona 5R.
While Persona 3R's Main Story and its DLC, Episode Aigis, stand as the best Persona Story yet, the relationships between the characters are indeed very serious, which aligns with the tone of the game. Yet none of the characters aside for a few times feel like true friends, more like people stuck in an unfortunate situation forced to work side by side amicably, pushing through with their shared struggles. Persona 5R is better in that respect, where even despite the serious tones the characters have connections outside of just being the Phantom Thieves, yet not to the same extent of the Investigation Team.
All this to say that I recommend this game wholeheartedly and that if you have not played the Persona series at all, this is a great place to start to set a baseline expectation for story and great character development, and if you have already played some of the Persona series and are looking at P4G as a potential option, that it will certainly not be a waste of your time.
