The trailer is pretty clear about what the game brings to the table, but i feel the need to put emphasis on the fact you're going to die. The game has no end, you're save can last from ingame hours to ingame years, the only real end is death and it will happen, eventually.
At the start you'll die from clear failures and you'll learn, when you start putting in some hours and getting "good" what's gonna get you is being complacent, my last save I bit the big one because I ate a raw egg by accident, after picking the weak stomach trait, the save before that one I got careless and left my car with zombies right outside and so on.
This game is wondefully complex, and very much worth playing, but be prepared to stare at the screen after your favorite character kicks it.
