Now requires you to sign up for an epic account, otherwise you cannot play. That's not ok.

Got some bugs, but it's more akin to classic yugioh before xyz summon and that hot trash

Even in the current unfinished state, this game is a crazy fun rogue like title. A flair of FTL in 3D space. You gotta love it.

There aren't many games like this, a puzzler with many shifts of gravity. I would recommend it.

First, ignore the message about requiring a controller, this is not longer the case, it can be played with keyboard. I went from keyboard to controller and back to keyboard. I much preferred the keyboard input, I messed up a lot less. Why would you mess up a lot or get confused about the controls? You control two characters simultaneously, sometimes requiring both to complete actions at the same time, but independent of each other.

What I will say about this game is that it is entirely story driven. Without that, it would be a very boring puzzle game with a (as far as I know) unique feature of controlling two characters at once. It's beautiful and at times confusing. Hell, after you find out the story of the game (about fifteen minutes in), I wanted to quit, as I didn't truly understand the goal, but I played a bit more and realized that not knowing this world and discovering it, that's part of the story.

I recommend it only for the story, as the gameplay while unique, is not difficult enough to challenge anyone.

I don't know what I expected, but after less than an hour, I found myself finding the game tedious, rather than enjoying it. I know this isn't a great review, but generally I enjoy adventure games in this fashion, I don't know why this one turned me away, but it did.

I went back and gave it another shot. It was kind of convincing me, until I started getting glitch after glitch, characters constantly getting stuck. I decided that the no death run was likely the hardest achievement and went with that, so I had no choice but to alt+f4 and basically start over the entire level.

Does the game have replay value? Yes to see all the stories, but it will require a tremendous amount of effort to get all the achievements and I am not sure if I have the patience.

What a strange game. I keep thinking, it's so simple and monotonous, why do I keep playing, but every day that passes in game, the story becomes more interesting and the task a little harder. I have seen almost all the endings, including the non-ending methods. It's a lot more intricate then one would think and it can be quite a challenge to figure out all the endings.

I would recommend this to anyone.

I do recommend the game, it is fun, but there are some things that are kind of messed up as far as how they work.

And it has issues running on certain system, plus you have to hex edit the exe to get to even load a save

Probably just flaws of it being old and not the best port. Still hope JSRF makes it to PC one day.

I recommend the game, if you can grab it for ten dollars or less. It simply isn't worth more than that in it's current state.

It's a fun game, reminds me of older simulator type games, but it has major caveats. The tutorial is useless. The game needs a real tutorial that teaches you how to build a functioning starter prison, how grants work, employee management, expanding from a holding cell to individual cells, etc. Instead you have to rely on trial and error or some of the better community guides to get through the first few baby steps, but then you go advanced and it becomes easy to lose sight of what is happening.

At one point I had prisoners cuffed, standing outside their cells. They just stood there. The game didn't tell me why, I had to put them into solitary to get them back inside.

It's frustrating, but it is fun once you get your prison running relatively smoothly. Problems occur with expansion and trying to manage prisoners, cells, kitchen, and staff in its own prison subsections.

I'm not sure how much more time I will put into it though. At times the cashflow is too low to really expand it the way you need to and without great foresight, you end up demolishing a lot only to build again
