It's anime dark souls. That's about it. It gets a little heavy on the "why is she fighting in her lingerie?" side of anime at times but apart from that, it's not too overwhelming with it. The world design is pretty linear with not much player choice aside from going back to old areas to do some short side quests. The main story isn't terrible and it's laid out in front of you instead of requiring you to dig for bits and pieces of it. The Character creation is absolutely amazing and being able to create just about any anime character ever to play with is pretty fantastic. Overall, solid game. I'll probably get through at least NG+1 before I get bored.
