At the moment, the state of the game is mess with numerous technical issues such as glitches, bugs, and lags.
Even with my high-end rig: i9 13900K CPU, RTX 4090 OC GPU, 64GB RAM, and RAID0 2x SSD 13Gbps, the game continues to have problems.
The game's performance is inconsistent, dropping frame rates to as low as 0 and fluctuating between 35 to 70 fps in native 4K + Ultra + RT (FSR disabled). Enabling FSR gives just +20 fps boost, but doesn't solve anything.
There are many who says it CPU hungry, but I never saw it exceeding 30% of my CPU, so I believe it's not the main issue, it's more about loading resources. But the game only uses 8-10GB or RAM and I have plenty, why not use more?

Additionally, the game freezes for a few seconds whenever any internal loading starts and it scares me each time I jump somewhere.
Furthermore, the game does not support the PS5 Dualsense controller at ALL!!!
Not even with Steam Big Picture, demanding to work only with an Xbox controller compatible controller or emulator (thanks heavens, I have 8bitdo SN30 Pro+)

I attempted to obtain a refund but failed due to closing the game just before the two-hour mark, resulting in a UE crash window that prevented the game from closing and exceeding 2 hours, and as a result, the refund request was declined.

Hogwarts Legacy is a good game, although it may not be considered exceptional or groundbreaking. However, it delivers an intense beginning to the story, with enjoyable levels of fan-service that reference the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies. The game's overall atmosphere is positive, and it benefits from almost flawless technical implementation, a rare feat in today's gaming industry.

One of the game's strengths is its strong combat mechanics, which start simple but become more complex and engaging as the game progresses. The graphical design and art style are also impressive, especially at extreme settings at 4K, although a decent PC is required to run the game this way.

On the downside, the game suffers from repetitiveness and an overabundance of points of interest on the map, which can feel like mere placeholders after a while. The Merlin trials also feel lackluster, and the caves and camps become monotonous after the middle game. These factors contribute to the game feeling like a grind, which may not be appealing to non-diehard fans of the series. The sound and music also become repetitive, which can be a turn-off.

The most significant technical problem is the difficulty in focusing on enemies or objects when there are many on the screen. The user interface could also be more user-friendly, with features like a "Sell All" button or the ability to buy multiple potions at once.

Despite these flaws, there is potential for interesting story-based DLCs in other locations, which could make for an enjoyable gaming experience.

The game had been on my wish-list for years and I even preordered it, but the gameplay has turned out to be bizarrely average and technically imperfect. As an experienced gamer, I find that the game looks heavily outdated not just graphically but also in terms of its gameplay mechanics.
Maybe I'll buy it sometime in the future when they fix it and offer a discount, but not for full price right now. With so many cool games released this year and many more interesting ones on the way, this one just doesn't make the cut.
Despite its cool art style and aesthetics, Atomic Heart is just another mediocre game with boring gameplay.

But as for me also it includes a bunch of propaganda related to the invasion of Russia into my country, which I find to be utter nonsense.
You might not understand it because you're not in the middle of the conflict and don't know "the lore", but I've been in it for nine years already.
Thankfully, it will be over soon.

Several users already wrote to me after this review: they wish my country to fall. they wish me to die and call me sick.
Wishing for the fall of any country oppressed by a stronger aggressor is not a justifiable stance. I would never wish for anyone to experience war.
May the Force be with you.

I've been playing games for 30 years, and it's hard to surprise me, but this game managed to do so and continues to do so.

While the graphics may not be superb for 2022, this game is incredibly addictively fun. Players are placed inside a space object infested with bugs, with the ground trembling and various missions to accomplish. It may seem simple, but teamwork and quick thinking are key to survival. It's easy for things to go wrong in a matter of seconds, especially when new events arise.

What impresses me most is the level of detail and love that the developers have put into this game. Although it can be grindy at times, the game continues to be enjoyable almost every time, with the exception of playing on lower difficulty levels.

When things get boring, simply switch to a higher hazard level and the game hits you with the same excitement as when you first started playing. The imminent danger keeps your adrenaline levels high, and the sense of accomplishment after completing more complex missions is immense.

Rock & Stone, Brothers!

I had preordered this game and played it extensively during the closed and open beta periods. Fortunately, I was able to refund it on the first day of release, just before Bethesda stopped allowing refunds for everyone. However, I somehow received a copy of the game on Steam in April 2020 because of an error or something in Bethesda's database.

Despite having played the game for more than 300 hours (both during the beta and after), I cannot recommend it for purchase. As a Fallout fan, I cannot support this heresy. The only reason I still play it is because I got it for free (including the betas).

The game is only fun once, to explore the great locations and enjoy the environment storytelling that Bethesda can be proud of. If you pay attention to the details around you, you can even find some jokes, dramas, and back traces to other Fallout games.

If you're looking for an MMORPG, this game isn't worth it. It's better to play ESO or GW2. Although they are fantasy games and you may be looking for a hi-tech military MMO, believe me when I say that this game lacks the major part of an MMO game - the reason to interact. They killed PvP and territory wars, and it's a rare occasion when you fight someone for something - it's often just easier to switch servers.

The main issue is that it's not really about survival at all. You roam like you're on a holiday weekend in Appalachia, and nothing poses a threat to you, except for the stupid bats. Once you get yourself into high-level power armor, there are no threats at all. It's just an endless grind for resources to repair your items.

The only interesting part is looking for crafting recipes to make your hut look more impressive. If only they changed the mechanics to allow you to sell these items, as nobody cares about selling weapons and armor anymore after you've got some decent power armor.

The market is dead too. Occasionally, you'll come across a server with a good character that built a nice themed shop, but you'll lose it forever once you disconnect from the server. People rarely accept friend invites, so it's unlikely that you'll meet anyone again.

Amazing idea & implementation. Still lacks deepness without mods, but it's always fun to play (and more fun to lose).
It's a pity I had almost the same design document for similar game created in 2014, but I had lacked time & expertise to complete my implementation. So in fact I'm playing in game of my dream. Nuff said.
