The gameplay is like Diablo, The talent system is like the Sphere grid of Final Fantasy X and the skill mechanic is like Materia system of Final Fantasy 7.
Despite all these similarities Path of Exile has shown it's standing up to be a Goliath on it's own.

name your troops after your friends, get angry and reload the game when your max level assault named after your best friend dies to a lucky crit. 10/10 would rage again.
