I can't speak for playing with a keyboard or controller, but playing this game with a wheel and pedals is an absolute blast. A must for any F1 fan. Incredibly good.

Went into this game with fairly high expectations, and man were they ever met. The single player was absolutely outstanding. Best campaign I've played in a long time.

Cranking up the difficulty is a must, really pushes the adrenaline when you can actually die by playing poorly. You have to learn to use every weapon and power up effectively to really get the most out of this game. Don't be afraid to use your chainsaw often, as there's always fuel found close to a big battle. Don't try to save it, you'll just end up not using it.

Boss battles were epic. Tons of fun. Powerups are awesome. Gun upgrades and suit upgrades are awesome. This was really a 10/10 single player game.

As for Multiplayer: Meh.

It's exactly the kind of thing you would have expected from a multiplayer FPS back in the Half-Life 2, DOOM 3, Quake 3 type days. There's not much to it because the game isn't designed around it. Sure it's fun to jump in and have some team based fun, but it's not going to compete with specifically multiplayer games like Overwatch or Battlefield 4 or even Titanfall, there's just no depth to this multiplayer and everything is extremely basic.

Overall, this is an excellent game. I would totally recommend buying it next time you see it on sale.
