Now, there have been a lot of games of rumble played (and multiplied by 6 because 6 players per game). I'm guessing maybe between 100 million and 1 billion games of rumble have been played all time by this definition. Unfortunately I can't use the correct exponential formula on google calculator, but we can approximate linearly that there's about a 1 in 100 million chance that at least 1 player out there, somewhere, one time got 16 straight disruptors in 1 game

In a 5 minute rocket league game, that's 4x5 = 20 potential powerups. However, in a game w/ say 3 goals total, that'll cut an average of 5 seconds from time that didn't count towards a disruptor. So with 3 goals, let's say that 2 disruptors get left out, so 20-2 = 18 disruptors. So any normal person, using disruptor instantly, can expect to use around 18 disruptors per game (maybe 16 or 17 if they're consistently across the field and out of range of other players, or if more goals are scored per game, but let's go w/ 18).

The probability of 18 consecutive disruptors is about 1 in 20 quintillion (0.00000000000000000041552%). You know, let's go with the 16 disruptor case, because those will be the ones where we're most likely to see any actual cases. Probability of 16 consecutive disruptors is about 1 in 200 quadrillion (0.00000000000000004581%) in a given game.

With the probability of getting disruptor on any given roll at 1/10.5, or about 9%, and an average number of powerups per game being 15, this makes the probability of getting 15 disruptors in a row about 1 in 20 quadrillion (0.0000000000000481% chance to be exact). If we generously assume only 10 powerups in a game (he really wanted to wait for the right moment to use his disruptors), it's still a slim 1 in 200 billion (0.0000000000614%) chance.

However, any normal person instantly uses disruptor upon getting it, and the disruptor timer is 4.0 seconds. That means it'll be about 15 seconds per usage (10s timer + 4sec disruptor timer + 1 sec buffer)
