Phenomenal game. Worth every last piece of penny spent on it. Incredible, in-depth mechanics, challenging combat, intriguing dialogue, incredible soundtrack and unforgettable characters. There's nothing this game doesn't fail to nail in the head. Absolutely deserved game of the year.

Down by the river.

How is this game from 2013 still so fun to play with friends?

Bought to have a simple, relaxing time. Ended up playing fish-tetris and crapping my pants whilst being chased by Eldtrich Abominations.

Skyrim Syndrome. You know what it is. You've seen your friends, your family, your spouse, your dog, even your neighbor go through it. The Skyrim Syndrome. Where you'll start a playthrough and find yourself stuck playing it for hours on end, you look out the window, oops, it's 6 In the morning and the birds are chirping. Also, you could've sworn you started out as a warrior with a sword a shield, so how'd you end up as a stealth archer again?

This game is an excellent platform for mods. You can change just about anything. Don't like how the AI Moves? Get a mod that changes it. Don't like how your character has under garments when you take their armor off? Get a mod that changes it. Don't like the amount of spells, armors and weapons? Get a mod that adds more. The possibilities are truly endless for this Open World Sandbox game. But at the end of the day, it'll always still be Skyrim.
