Good game, territory mode will be a good addition for longevity.

No pause. Can't quit game for first 20 minutes of gameplay. Seems like it could be fun if they bothered implementing basic functionality.

Warning: you cannot quit the game if you do not have an XBox account. Also, a bug prevents throwing a grenade as required in the first mission so you can't play anything past that section.

Game contains several bugs that can completely stop you from completing encounters and exiting combats (enemies that bug out when they die, etc). Usually this just means a reload and reattempting the combat, but in at least one battle I was forced to completely abandon continuing because multiple attempts encountered the same gamebreaking bug.

Up until then, the game was overall fun but tedious at times.

Also, at least once I've lost hours of gameplay on Ironman mode. Protip: If you're going to gate achievements behind a mode that disables the save button, MAKE SURE YOUR GAME SAVES WHEN THE PLAYER QUITS
