Moving off your point afying, more specifically, the previous comment by Messier is libel. Specifically, assuming in arguendo that both of you live in the United States, which is what is reflected from your profiles, you, Messier, have violated 28 U.S. Code § 4101, a Federal United States Statute. I advise you do not spread misinformation with the purpose of negatively effecting another's image, especially in a recorded public forum. These cases are pretty open and close, meaning if you contact anyone about my client or information related to my client, we could easily demonstrate cases of harassment and further additional defamation charges.
