Great game.

Respecting the fact that this game isn't finished, it's tons of fun. It's not perfect, but the developer is clearly focused on basing their game off of real-world aspects of paintball, which is refreshing to see. 10/10

Update: It got better, so that's real nice.

First off, I want to say that I played this game all the way through with zero stops and it only took about 3-4 hours of my time. I didn't rush through it I just went with the flow. I promise to not spoil anything in this review.

The story is gripping and at points in the game I was afraid of what I might find while I was outside of my tower. The characters are wonderful and they develop to an incredible point. I cannot think of any further development that I wished I would have seen between the two characters. The art was beautiful and while I appreciated the cartoony style, others might not. The gameplay itself is just exploring the area around you and completing simple tasks, but this is because this game is heavily reliant on the story that it is driven by, therefore, I have no quarrel.

I promised not to spoil anything, especially the ending, so I will keep it brief. The ending for me was not what I expected it to be and I felt a desire for something more to be had.

As for technical issues, almost every time I pulled up the walkie-talkie to speak all the game noise muted for a moment and then when the characters started to speak it would return. This was my only irritating thing that I had to deal with, although it could have been much worse.

All in all, I would rate this game at least an 8/10, so if you enjoy a good story-driven title, you should definitely give Firewatch a chance.

Overall the PC version is 110% better than the console versions. I'd recommend it if you enjoyed the game on console and the only issue (not a huge deal) that I have is the flight controls. They're just kinda hard to get used to at first. I went ahead and changed the controls so that the mouse controls the pitch and stuff for the planes and helicopters. Also, I turned the sensitivity for the mouse during flight way down...just gives it an easier feel I think.

Murdered A Hooker With A Hatchet 10/10

Just played this entire first Episode for Life Is Strange. First off I really enjoy a break from all the stealthy action-packed games that we often see. This game takes you on an adventure in a relaxing and beautiful setting that is in the state of Oregon to which I have never been. I really like the mechanics of time travel and the ability to change your decisions if you don't like the outcome (To An Extent. You cannot travel back to a decision you made early in game). The story is developed to the smallest detail and there is a lot to explore in-game. The characters are interesting and each has their own backstory that develops over time, although we do not meet all of the characters in just the first episode.

Overall, this game has me excited to play more and I am anticipating more fun when March rolls around.

I am not 100% sure when I FIRST reviewed this game, but it has since come SO MUCH FURTHER! Leaps and Bounds. From the animations to the vehicles to the maps! All the content added over the past year or more has been amazing!

Not many of my friends are willing to try this game out because of how it LOOKS, which is disappointing to me! This game LOOKS awesome! The graphics are cartoony, YES! But, they are meant to be that way. It brings this very interesting and fun atmosphere that you don't find in other survival games like DayZ.

Furthermore, the game is just fun, especially if you have the right kind of crowd to play with!

9/10 Because no game is perfect!

I have played this game for a few hours now and for what it is at the moment it's okay, but this is an Alpha version of the game so its not supposed to be perfect. I've got everything running smoothly at 1280x720 for my resolution and everything else on high...except for motion blur simply because I thinks it is annoying. I've only had a few problems so far...here is a list

1. DAT SAVING IS BROKEN

2. Everything still kind of renders funny. (Trees not drawing in or disappearing when I walk up to them)

3. The lighting is an issue for me, but I do not think it is for everyone.

4. Mutants do IMMENSE damage....so I am always in that cave place

For an alpha those are some big issues but I was expecting more. Overall the game is playable unless you get hit by a mutant, then you are basically screwed. I enjoy that this game has a rather creepy atmosphere even when it is daytime because you are always looking over your shoulder at the moment. Great Game, Lots of Potential!

A+ I had a ton of fun with a friend of mine, the best way to play is to not go looking for the ending and just let it find you.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought this game. It looked fun. I have only played through this once and I was blown away. It was a fantastic game and it was a brilliant story. You have everything...you lose it all, but if you want it back...that is your choice alone. HAVE FUN!
