I'm not a programmer, in fact I've never even looked into it and just thought that this looked pretty good. The trailers got me hooked with the presentation so I decided to give it a go. It certainly is something new for me and really challenges me. (I know it says 12 hours, but I'm barely on like the 5th or 6th puzzle from the 1st disk)

It's kinda shown me how scuffed at math I am, but nonetheless, I've actually been enjoying finding out why I'm wrong 'n' then fixing up on it or reviewing with other players' progress. One of the best sounds you will hear from this game is the small two-beep thing after solving one of the puzzles or the little click you get from opening up the input 'n' output bar(s).
The game doesn't hold your hand at all but provides a manual which is pretty alright on giving you the info on your tools, so if you're like me who's never dived into something like this, it quickly becomes your best friend.

I'm enjoying it a lot and plan on playing it more whether I'm relaxing or having it open with a stream. I totally recommend it if you're looking for something out of the norm or want to try something new!

I heard about this a while back (not sure when, although it was a long time before Xen had been released. I wanna say a couple of years?) and decided that I would give it a chance.

You've brought back my early childhood and re-imagined it.

I couldn't have asked for more and I couldn't be happier.

Thanks Crowbar Collective.

The game's great! The story helps you piece together what happened between the characters and the combat's fast pace with little bits of timing where the game knows you're rushing and expects you to have some patience (I mean this in a sense of the boss fights where you panic spam the parry and you will get hit again). The OST's amazing and that's really all I have to say about it. I loved it the entire story and I'll probably go again soon of the harder difficulty!

Also, Make this Right. That's all.

If you play Mordhau for fun such as creating ridiculous classes like rock throwing and just having fun/getting creative with the customization system, You'll have a good time. If you play Mordhau for a competitive scene, It requires time, effort, and a little teamwork. People will help you as far as my experience playing it. You practice, practice, and practice, you watch others on how they approach things and maybe even come up with your own approach to any of the weapons (I've seen some people do some really weird things, but at the end of the day, they ended up winning the fight with their own way of tricking/baiting you out). I'm writing this as both someone who does like to get good with the weapon-play and someone who also just has fun playing with the customization system. Just putting it out there: No weapon in this game is impossible to beat. It's all based on practicing, and on your approach to said weapon and player.

As for as content updates go for me, I'm neutral on the matter. Frankly, I could play this game with just updates on balancing (which they do release patch notes for weapons, gear 'n' such), I don't really need any new maps or content from the devs seeing as though mod support is actually being developed. I do remember when games had a base content and that's all the players got, but on the other hand of things, we are in a time where it's become the norm to just add more content for any online-play. Once again, I'm neutral and both like and dislike content updates to any games.

If you play Frontline (Teamplay oriented gamemode that also has 'Invasion'), you'll encounter team-killing (Intentional or not), the occasional toxic player(s), the hilarious fun players who either have classes based on barding, throwing rocks or cave-men, and maybe even some 'Salem'- like votekicking. They've generously implemented options for those who do not wish to see toxicity in chat and there is a perk that helps ease the pain of team-killing. Frontline can be fun if you see it as a non-competitive part of the game, sure there is teamwork required for it and you'll find yourself getting frustrated at your teammates (at least for me most of the time), but at the end of the match, the players aren't ranked for it. You play, end the match (either winning or losing), get a good amount of gold 'n' experience for it, and you go again.

There's a server-list of hosted servers which contains servers that run the Frontline gamemodes, dueling servers, custom-map servers, and more. If you're looking for more than just the matchmaking (and honestly more fun), I'd recommend browsing through the server list. You might be surprised to see what servers you'll frequent, whether it be for the company of the locals/newcomers or for the fun the community of the server-browser offers. Trust me, the server-browser might just be better than going into straight matchmaking.

Well uh, yeah. I don't really see this so much as a review but rather putting my experience out there for those looking for experiences rather than negative and positive reviews. I love this game a lot and pretty much play it everyday and see new things everyday without the content updates or balancing or whatever. Most of my family plays it and seems to enjoy it. It's good in my book.

A pretty fun and (can be) competitive stealth game of Intruders vs Guards. Things can get pretty competitive, but amidst of the competitiveness there are sprinkles of those "Oh my god" moments where you get thrown away by a grenade and just ragdoll out a window or an entire room of people (enemies or not) just get blown by a charge. The feeling of playing to win and playing to have fun is balanced really well. I like it over games like the real serious games. It's a great mix of both, and I love it. I really recommend this game. It's both fun to play with strangers and fun to play with friends.

Game's very nice, Some people believe it to be unbalanced but it's infact very balanced with the asymetrical view of the survivors and killer, and the items and perks of more.

If there was probably one thing that bothered me, It'd had have to be one of the killers called the Wraith.

The Wraith can go invisible with the bell item and either wait/hunt down the survivors, (the bell does not have a time limit). Invisibility's a pretty op kinda thing and almost sort of unbalances the odds a little, The bell or the movement speed of the Wraith should be tinkered/nerfed to balance it up a little more.
