Cozonac pufos reteta simpla cu rahat si nuca – cozonaci traditionali. Cozonaci pufosi de casa facuti dupa o reteta ce nu da gres. Cozonaci de Craciun sau Pasti cu aluat care se desface in suvite (pale) si umplutura de cacao, nuca si rahat. ♥♥♥ se fac cozonacii? ♥♥♥ se framanta cozonacul si la ce temperatura de se coace?


In fiecare an facem cozonac pufos (cozonac traditional) pentru Sarbatori (Craciun, Paste). Fiecare gospodina are o reteta de cozonaci traditionali, mostenita din familie sau preluata de la prieteni sau cunostinte. Asa si noi. Eu fac mai ales cozonacul cu unt topit si caramelizat al strabunicii Buia
