A new novel way of presenting turn based combat in real time, which works out really well.
I like the look of the world, even if, it is nothing more than a stage for combat.
Was set quite a bit back in a level the first time I died - seems I went straight past the save points. But having learned that lesson, it wasn't a problem anymore.

Try it if you a looking for a new type of strategy with focus on positioning and timing.
Well worth the price at the current 25% off imo.

Really good new game in the Civilization series.

Unlike the previous Civilization -Beyond Earth, this game really feels like a complete package on release.
With a good mix the stuff you know and love, with some new additions and improvements that really makes it stand out from Civ 5.

The addition of sprawling cities makes for an entirely new gameplay, and also manages to add interest in the mid-game, where before the games have been a bit lacking.

Highly recommended!

I was surprised at how much I liked this game.
It's short, but ended right when I didn't feel like playing any longer.
The mood is very much like Limbo, but the gameplay goes in a different direction.
After the first few easy going levels, the platforming and fighting actually gets quite hard.

Interesting to the last, would recommend.

Really good game.
Had a good mix of missions, great use of incentives which changed throughout the game and lovely visuals.
Also has some fantastic lore from the Lord of the Rings franchise, showing more of a behind the scenes view of what we all know and love.
The action combat is great, which is has to be since it is what you will be doing for all of the game.
Free running does get a bit wonky a times, but I can forgive that for all the good it does.
The Nemesis sytems is amazing, never seen a procedural system working so great before.
Every ork was different, and meeting up with old enemies really gets you into the world.
I played it to the end, and thoroughly enjoyed it all the way.

The game took me about 39 hours to get through 100%
Main missions would probably only be about 20.
But side content never really felt like it was an addon, it was a complete experience.
Top marks!

Good:
Good combat.
Hard game, even on normal.
Sets a good mood.
Nice particle effects.
Many choises for character progression.

Weak:
Hard to plan out character progression.
Story is a bit weak
Gear progression could be better.
Gear comparisons are difficult to understand.
Visuals are only acceptable.
Resting/sleeping/eating to regain health and mana is a bit awkward.

Overall i really like the game, and will most likely play it through to the end.

Definitely not worth playing with a mouse and keyboard.
The story is not interesting, and neither is the gameplay.
