The game itself isn't bad unless you played cms2018 then there is almost nothing new to experience. cms2021 feels pretty much like a copy paste version of cms2018 with a few new little features which are nice but that's too little. Even most of dlc cars are the same which feels like a money grab considering that you gotta spend almost 100$ to get the whole content. cms2021 still suffers from the same problems: terrible user interface, annoying camera work, overall huge lack of quality of life improvements. Diagnostic tools have slow animations, same with manual examination. I was about to fall asleep while watching same boring animations. Economy is also ♥♥♥♥. You get so little money for fixing cars that you quickly start looking for alternatives and then you realize right away that there is no point in doing anything else than flipping car you buy from auctions. 1h job can give you profit of around 2k while flipping a car even 10 times more within a minute. Driving model is same bad. I was super hyped for the game but now I'm super disappointed.

TLDR: if you have cms2018 skip this one - game has almost nothing new to offer, still have same issues. If you are new to the cms series and wanna give it a shot then it's a game for you. Unpolished but fun for a while.

Very nicely done remaster of a legendary space rts. Must have if you enjoyed original homerwold games.

Decent idle clicker. Updates and events appear frequently.

Edit (December 2023): MM finally works and while gameplay is enjoyable there is a huge lack of content. Last patch brought 2 remade maps from PD2 but now we have a total of 10 maps in the game. After a week of playing there is nothing more to do here. Progression system has been improved and it's acceptable. There are also new bugs and occasional crashes.

It's fun when it works... but atm it's a buggy mess. Matchmaking is broken, progress sometimes counts sometimes doesn't. Pretty much I gotta restart the game after every heist. The UI is ugly as hell and some functions don't even work or they are unclear as hell. Overall game feels like something between late alpha/early beta stage. The whole progression system sucks ass. You have to complete challenges to level up. Finishing heists doesn't provide any experience. Every weapon you gotta level up for ages to unlock pretty much same attachments. They are about 5 of each type and look identical for every gun. Premium currency is another unnecessary thing. Sure you can trade it for huge amounts of "normal" cash but it becomes more and more expensive with every purchase and there is a limited amount of those transactions per week so the game kinda forces you to grind constantly. Another big problem is lack of content. In the basic version you get only 8 heists and I finished them all within 5-6h. You can replay them on higher difficulty levels but there are no major differences. It's my 3rd day of playing and I'm already getting tired of repeating same maps over and over again. Good thing is that it's quite enjoyable to play and all the new game mechanics are pretty cool but at the current state, bugs and server problems ruin the fun. If you are considering buying it now better give it a couple of months so it actually feels more like a real game not like a test platform.

Finally the proper successor of JA2! RPG aspect is decent, combat very enjoyable, gun modding is on a complete new level. The game is amazing and I'd recommend it to anyone who likes tactical xcom-like titles and to JA2 fans.

The game is great and feels like a step forward in compare to vermintide 2. Slashing and shooting is much smoother and feel really good, graphics is fantastic, optimization is decent finally after some updates, new crafting system is good. Cosmetics are available for in game currency, challenges (super cool idea) and real money... Which sucks. I'd rather prefer real money payment as an option to get cosmetics faster.

It's a short (2h) and not very challenging puzzle game but quite enjoyable. Can't wait for the part 2!

Good stuff. You gotta find certain items/people. Some maps are huge so it takes some time plus objects are interactive so it may require to take some actions before you can find certain stuff. Decent dose of humor put into clues and descriptions. Had fun.

Very poor optimization, around 40-90fps even on low settings running it on 3080TI and 5800X3D. Graphics is just meh which wouldn't be an issue but the game runs like ♥♥♥♥. Shooting is annoying - with enough low sensitivity to aim well you have to drag the mouse down like crazy to control the recoil. Some guns are unplayable unless you enjoy playing with super her DPI. AI spawns under your feet and clips through walls etc. Very very clunky at this point and I don't have high hopes for the future. The player base is shrinking so probably it will be a dead game soon. The atmosphere is decent but that's like the only good thing.... Sadly. Going for a refund because it's unplayable at the current stage.
