By far the most fun I've had with any zombie game by a long shot, and perhaps maybe the most fun I've had with ANY game. It goes from being an adrenaline-pumping thriller to an amazing sandbox game with some of the best gameplay I've ever come across in games. Story is decent, but mainly carried by the protagonist. It is a masterpiece of a zombie game and imo lightyears ahead of any other zombie game I've played. 9.6/10

It's quite novel and fun for the first run, but gets extremely tedious at certain points, especially since progression is largely revolved around completing full runs and getting interactions with characters through luck/grinding runs. The success after your runs is also VERY largely based on RNG: how skilled you are the game's combat doesn't matter too much, as it's not all too hard. It's extremely addicting but not very fulfilling or enjoyable 65%, but for what it's worth, you'll probably end up playing quite a bit of it just trying to chase that perfect run. The hitboxes with ranged weapons like the bow and the targeting system with the exagryph can be extremely wonky and broken, but aside from that, the game is pretty well-polished, very pretty, and very well optimized. Overall, it's a game that's easy to appreciate, but it's far from perfect and definitely overrated. 6.5/10 imo

As someone who didn't enjoy Doom 2016 very much, I dislike that game even more after playing Doom Eternal. Eternal is an improvement in almost every single way: better gameplay, better visuals, better narrative, and more. There are more enemy types, and they're all far more interesting and unique than before: each of their presences on the battlefield change the gameplay up drastically, as you have to tailor your playstyle to their weaknesses. The game is challenging, but genuinely pushes you to improve and you'll feel it with every new mission you play. I suggest starting at a difficulty below nightmare that you feel comfortable with, and working yourself up to nightmare, as that's where the game is by far the most intense and fun. If you're up for a challenge, get the game. If you're not, still get it, and you'll learn to enjoy challenging yourself. 9.4/10

Rough launch aside, it improves upon its predecessor in almost every aspect. Gameplay-wise, Emily's powers add interesting new elements, giving players more destructive abilities at the cost of a steeper learning curve. Graphically, it retains the rich artstyle while improving upon the details and textures. Story-wise, it stays on-par with its predecessor, introducing many interesting new characters and targets that make players want to know more. The strongest aspect of the game lies within its map design. Every map is intricately designed; they present their own set of challenges due to their unique environmental conditions, they're often dynamic, detailed, and breathtakingly so, and they all help the game retain the immersion that was seen in Dishonored 1.
This game was largely overshadowed by its rocky launch, and with those performance issues aside (which, for the most part, have been fixed), it is an absolute masterpiece. 9.5/10

Takes roughly 5 hours to complete. The storyline is rather disappointing, and although the new powers are interesting, they get boring very quickly. Many of the environments are simply recycled from the main game. For 30 dollars, it's an absolute robbery. Get it for under 15, preferably under 10. 5/10

The gunplay and combat is satisfying; the movement is fluid, and the graphics are ethereal for how well it runs, despite the game itself being anything but. The story is lacking as it never really interests the player, often times being an excuse as opposed to an explanation to why you have to go through such enemies for hours on end. Of course, the gameplay is extremely fun; but that's it. I find myself unable to continue playing for more than an hour at a time, as it gets so repetitive so quickly. The game is truely a mindless first-person shooter; you go in and slay as many enemies as you are told, and you move on to the next level. There are little secrets hidden throughout the world, but that adds little to nothing to the game. The multiplayer is similar: fun for a while, before you realize how shallow it is. Overall, this game will not be a particularly memorable experience, just a quick stopgap for boredom until you inevitably become bored again. I recieved this via a gift, so I have no regrets. But, I will say that I reccomend only picking this up on a sale for $20 or less, as the game feels like a taste of what could be so much more.

Just finished the Blood and Wine expansion pack after beating Hearts of Stone and the main game. Honestly, I've never been more depressed in my life.

Without a doubt the best game I've ever played, and it's not even close. 10/10

Great game. The story isn't that terrible, unless you count the main story mode story. The other quests have very interesting storylines. The combat is quite excellent, and there is spam, but also strategical aspects of the combat, as you can gain many new abilities along the way, and call in backup. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous, and that really shows on certain skins like The Black Hand skin. You can do so much in the game, and all the enemies are interesting. Great character development, combat, and decent stories in the DLCs such as the Bright Lord. Really a must buy. 8.8/10

If you get it on any kind of sale, you won't regret it. It's not too long of a game, about 14 hours or so, but it's very interesting, and kept me going until the end, taking me only 3 days to finish.
