This games story is really good, it's easily the most unique out of any GTA style game I've played. There are a lot of weird things with quality of life that I wish worked better, like how the ramming with a car is really finnicky, and how vaulting and sprinting being on the same key is really odd. This game is definitely worth looking past these things if you're considering purchasing, would definitely recommend. This game is always on sale for $3, and that price point for 10-15 hours of content is totally worth.

Lets you play how you want, a lot of variability with power or no power, stealth or no stealth, etc. The story starts really cheesy but it ends up being really solid. The world building doesn't live up to the first installment, but they sacrificed that to lighten up the world and make it less gloomy, which can be good or bad depending on how you see it. Overall solid game, and I would recommend if you liked the first one.

There's too much to do to say it's a bad game. Be it the main competitive mode (which is fun if you ignore the sub-optimal matchmaking), or community servers like bhop, surf, or kz.
