I had to refund the game due to nonstop stuttering in the open world. Wasn't even a low performance thing, my fps was at a constant 120 but would randomly freeze and drop to 1 fps for a sec. Tried messing with the settings, mods and engine.ini fixes to try and resolve it but no luck :(
Game runs fine in dungeons and cities but out in the open world is where this issue happens. Real shame because I really was looking forward to this as I have never played the original before. I hope at some point they can fix this with a patch.

EDIT: Currently trying it again on Game pass and so far it's running pretty well with no issues on there =/
