As the chorus rings out and reverberates against the walls of the narrow corridor of our lives, we all seem to stop and stare into space. The immaculate hymn and hum once sung by angels and far-dead souls of our world are given a rebirth. The previously lifeless robotic voice is given a brief sentience, that sentience being this song of life. Now, my brothers and my sisters, even though we may not be related, we are ever closer than ever as we listen to this song of life. This song summons a far-distant and forgotten memory within all of us. Even though we may not be given the chance to correctly remember it, we remember it in spirit. The long-gone angels and far-forgotten peoples whose names are forgotten, all come together one last time to sing this song. The dead and dying gods smile and sing along as this song continues to be sung out. But for those who still breathe the air on our earth, we aren't forgotten. We are there too, singing songs and having a joyous chorus. We sing in the choir of gods creations. Even though we may not realise it, our flaws and imperfections add to the choir, they make us who we are, and what we are is perfectly imperfect. A tear is shed for those who cannot remember, and for those who won't. But for those out there, contemplating ending their own life, think twice my long distant friend. Even though it seems like you are alone, you aren't. I've had my fair share of tears shed, and I've had my fair share of biases and flaws, I've had my fair share of controversy, and my fair share of fun. I've made friends and lost them, I've gained trust and lost it. But something I won't lose is my memory of this song. As we all stand, dead and alive, I take my final breaths. But as my terminal breath draws near, I think of this song, and suddenly, death isn't so bad. Even though I shall die, I shall also join in the broken and fractured chorus that is this song.
