This game was able to make me feel like a giddy kid on christmas again- the things you do in helldivers 2 make you feel like an ultimate bada**, with deafening explosions and chaos erupting around you. I never got far enough to touch level 7+ missions and make it out alive, but I look to return to this game in the future with friends.

Overall, very pretty and engaging game. Missions can take sub 30 min to just over an hour. Definitely better with friends, but the online matching is also pretty decent. Battlepass system is integrated well, not begging you to hand over cash to be the coolest person on the battlefield.

It's better than Golf With Your Friends on the premise of: 1.0 released which cleaning up the menu, and the controls are equally difficult for everyone, making it just like normal minigolf. Custom map content is plentiful, janky, and wildly fun. This and GWYF hold high bars as virtual mini golf games, but I still love the wackiness of Golf It.

Bloody Trapland 2 expands upon the desk-slamming, anger inducing, technical platformer that Bloody Trapland set forth. Upgraded visuals, movement set, boss battles, and overall fidelity of the game make BT2 feel like a nice sequel to the first. In total it took me 9 hours to beat the entirety of the game with all achievements.

The levels are (in my opinion) much less challenging "bullsh$t" difficulty than they were in BT1. I've always been pretty good at platformers, so take that with a grain of salt. The game still offers technical challenge like BT1, but with less "tearing your hair out" frustration. The later levels are satisfying to complete and optional objectives add a greater challenge.

There were some performance issues at points- I experienced stuttering and hitching when going through teleporters and when triggering buttons or events at points- I've got a nice computer and the game isn't anything crazy in terms of power demands, so that was a bit annoying. I was also able to glitch out spike walls at points, completely avoiding dying even though my hitbox was

Multiplayer is extremely easy to set up and works pretty nicely. Theres usually some degree of lag and stutter between the rest of the online party.

For $2 on sale, this game is a fun challenge for someone who enjoys a technical platformer. Multiplayer options allows your friends to suffer through the pain with you, while still allowing you all to save one another from each hellscape of a level.

Great atmospheric situations, and very creative and cooperative puzzles. Took ~7 hours to get all achievements (play through on both sides through the end). The puzzles are challenging, but achievable. They require great communication and description from you and your partner. You'll be stumbling over pronunciations and have no idea what your partner is working with, but somehow it'll be moving what you have in front of you.

Game is really pretty and stylistic, but has occasional textural issues. Other than that, there were no real issues with the game.

One note to all my fellow scaredy cats out there- there is a tiny spooky element to the game, but its just the atmosphere. Nothing is ever actually that scary.

103 hours in just under 2 months? Oh my god, Spelunky HD was good, but wow. The controls and tightness of Spelunky 2 is incredible [/b]. On par with Celeste. Spelunky 2 took everything Spelunky HD had and raised it to the 3rd power. There are maybe only a couple of small finnicky things that take a little getting used to. There are a whole bunch of progression unlocks, secrets, and challenges to work towards over your hundreds of runs. The music is pretty good, thematic for each level, and dynamic as well, allowing for some nice immersion. You'll get frustrated, die on 1-2 60% of the time, and want to leave. Spelunky 2 will keep calling you back. Each run is more experience and learning that you continue to employ throughout your runs. Daily challenges (seed) keep the game spicy among you and your friends. Keep a tally of who can win the most within the month! The art is so cute! The pets are adorable and there are so many small nuances within the environments- frogs eating bugs, cavemen dumbly picking up items and blabbering to each other, those goddang horny devils armadillos eating ants before absolutely NASA launching you across the level. Spelunky 2 is worth your time, money, and frustration. You'll enjoy it if you've enjoy tight platformers (Celeste, Spelunky HD, Ultimate chicken horse) and rogue-likes.

Plus! Multiplayer is coming soon (Rumored early December 2020)!

In summary-
Controls: 9/10
Music: 8/10
Graphics/Artwork: 10/10
Replay-ability: 10/10
Attention to detail: 9/10

I'm biased, I love this game.

Easy to get into, hard to master. Coming back to the game on and off over 3 years proves that there is endless playability and room for improvement in personal skill. High intensity gameplay is always made more fun when playing with friends.
Also can run on many low spec systems - game is very well optimized.
Addditions to the game add more content and (free) unlockables with a Fortnite like "battle-pass" system allow anyone to feel like they have something to work for.

I never thought I would have so much fun in a farming game. Stardew Valley really makes you feel like you are part of a community. If you're into setting goals for yourself and driving the game to the way you want to play, you'll love Stardew Valley. Often I find myself telling myself "I'll play just one more (in-game) day", only to find I've spent a good hour or more playing than I intended to.
This game is really relaxing, it really is nice to play if you want to unwind and complete your own personal goals.

11/6/17 -
The concept of this game is great. I've played just over 100 hours spanning across the different modes within the game.
There are too many flaws right now though.
As someone with lower end hardware, this game is great fun, but I really struggle to enjoy my time.
I've played the entire time on the lowest of settings, struggling to hit 40 fps most of the time. Bluehole promised they would work on optimizing the game a while back. They have only somewhat optimized servers - and then added lots of content and are in the process of making a whole new map? Please just optimize the game for anyone with lower end hardware.
The servers must not be that good right now either because half of the time I find myself stuttering around the map with "Network Lag Detected" popping up every few seconds.
The worst part is, editing the game files to change the quality of your graphical settings can result in being banned! This is unreal! I have to suffer with a lower fps in a competitive shooter and cant find any work around (most likely at my loss because visibility and clarity will decrease by altering post-processing effects) just due to my low end hardware? Thanks, Bluehole.

- dont even attempt with anything lower than a 1070 /s
- dont even attempt with anything lower than 8gb of ram
- dont even attempt to try to squeeze more fps by editing the config files
- dont even attempt to spend $30 on this game until it is out and showing that it is a real working game.

This game is highly underrated and seemingly unknown to most people. It is a great FPS that employs a large hardcore element, featuring little to no HUD, realistic health and damage, and great sound design. There are numerous modes and classic maps from the old mod, Insurgency: Modern Infantry Combat. The maps are large and well detailed and designed, leading to great competitive gameplay that begs you to communicate with your team.
- This game is great for people who like co-op
- This game is great for people who enjoy an FPS with a bit more of a challenge
- This game is great for people who enjoy casual military sims
- This game is great for anyone looking to play with a group of friends

Cons:
- Sometimes hard to find servers with good criteria, ex: maps you want to play (server browser is very good though!)
- Co-op modes can be really difficult sometimes

8.5/10
