Dragon Ball FighterZ is, without any doubt, the best Dragon Ball game ever made.
While the Budokai Tenkaichi series had a much bigger roster sacrificing the depth of the gameplay, FighterZ is a masterfully well-crafted 2D classic fighting game with an incredible depth (the game is for this reason also featured in EVO and many other online competitive fighting games).
BUT INCREDIBLY, the game is accessible for everyone thanks to the many tweaks for less skilled players that just want to enjoy a good 'ol beating.
Every single character is different from the other, with some introducing interesting mechanics (Goku UI, Ginyu, Ultimate Gohan) not present in other 2D fighting games.
But where the game really shines is the care for details for all the fans of Akira Toriyama's work, to the point to look undistinguishable from stills from the manga/anime/movies, the game is simply a joy to watch and to play.
