Probably the best RPG I’ve played in years.
(Spoiler-free review)

Summary
Baldur’s Gate 3 is a once-in-a-generation RPG that redefines what narrative-driven games can achieve. It’s a masterpiece of storytelling, player agency, and immersive world-building. Whether you’re a veteran D&D player or completely new to the genre, this game has something for everyone.

At its core, BG3 is a turn-based RPG with dense dialogue options, a branching story, and tactical combat that rewards creativity. Every choice you make ripples through the world, affecting relationships, quests, and even entire regions. It’s not just about what you do, but how you do it, and that’s what makes every playthrough so personal and unforgettable.

The combat system is incredibly versatile—a true sandbox for creative minds. Want to play as a cunning rogue sneaking through shadows or a wizard setting entire battlefields ablaze? Go for it. The flexibility is immense, with multiclassing and homebrew-like experimentation making every build exciting.

Visuals and Atmosphere
The visuals are breathtaking. From lush forests to eerie shadowlands, every setting feels alive. The attention to detail in character models, spell effects, and environments is astounding. It’s a feast for the eyes and feels like stepping into a beautifully illustrated D&D campaign.

Characters and Roleplay
The characters are phenomenally written. Your companions have complex backstories and evolve based on your actions, choices, and how you roleplay. Whether you’re forging deep bonds, igniting rivalries, or pursuing romance, every interaction feels meaningful. Even minor NPCs have a surprising amount of depth, and your choices can lead to heartwarming reunions or devastating losses.

The roleplay elements are second to none. Want to be a benevolent hero? A ruthless villain? A chaotic wildcard? The game embraces every approach, letting you craft a story that’s entirely your own.

The Downsides
While Acts 1 and 2 are polished gems, Act 3 has its share of technical issues. Performance dips, quest bugs, and occasional crashes can break immersion. It’s clear Act 3 needed a bit more refinement, but even with these hiccups, the experience remains overwhelmingly positive.

TL;DR
Baldur’s Gate 3 is a dream come true for RPG fans. Its stunning visuals, deep storytelling, incredible roleplay opportunities, and creative combat make it an instant classic. Despite a few technical flaws in the later chapters, this game is nothing short of extraordinary.

Play it. Play it alone or with friends. Just play it.

Score: 10/10

First of all its sad to see that this game has less improvements than Diablo Immortall , and by this i mean missing a legit clan sistem ( last online , set up more ranks etc ) , clan events , clan wars) , bad pvp sistem ( now one plays it ) please see diablo immortall pvp which is fun to play. Global chat filtered its not so hard to implement.

The story is good , played it and i was happy to get this game for free , but after 30/40 hours you get bored a lot.

First of all this game Multiplayer is free , and you get to unlock / moustly buy skins .

The visuals are top notch 10/10 for me , i use low on all , 1080p downscale from 2K and the game looks amazing !!!

Ranked PVP for me is a no , seems weird + people just hide and try to sneak on you , for ranked i enjoy more Overwatch / counter + other games .

But Non rank PVP its the best , especially the big team play 100% would recommend to play this mode

Got this game for free from a bundle giveaway .

The main problem why i downvote is the problems with GPU / CPU resource consuming from this game ( search youtube if you don't know ) but this game can damage your GPU . Mine for example had 3/4 crashes after some play time + the game wants to use always 100% of my gpu power and because the video card is old 1070 it will crash the pc when i try to lower the power cons. Seems problematic for a game like this to drain this much power . They need to fix this problem, yes you can also blame the manufactures of the GPUs but why only this game ?

Ps: this was with 60 frame lock , low settings 1080p settings so Whats up new world devs ?
Want more info watch this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6A0sLVgJ7qU&t=756s

I think i spend 50 hours just afk in game so my total playtime is more like a lie :)) ( remeber the long que times , i was there )

At the moment the game is a 6 / 10 rating MMO :
- you got a great crafting sistem , i quite enjoy it
- the world is just copy paste , same enemy , same towns etc you get the point
- the war sistem is fun , but wars every day seems to mutch time consuming for nothing
- the map is small to be fair , when a server gets more people to 40/50 you will have wars each day which to be fair can be fun , but also boring

Work in progress ...

Played this game after KOTOR 2 ( didnt know they made a part 1 ) and the game is still one of the best (top 50 must play games ) ++ if you enjoy this prepare for the ultimate experience with KOTOR 2 :d and after SWTOR ( its a mmo but you have a story for each class ( 8 classes you can explore ) .

The story is unique , the old republic is full of secrets , living worlds , NPC which for the year it was made do much more than a game from 2020(cyber shet ) . You also have 29 hours of scripted story , much more than some games , no open world but the worlds are bigger + different than you would expect from an old game .

Characters you can actually hate , love and cry for , you can choose your path ( going dark , neutral or light side ) +++ you can always change your mind :P .

Also this game is better than CyberFake 2077 :D and you can play it on your mobile device ( kotor 1 + soonish kotor 2 are available on android / ios devices ^_^ .

Star Wars: The Old Republic is an amazing game, i first played it 10 years ago during closed beta ( this game was lunched 9 years ago ) so you can expect the graphics to be a little low , but i can guarantee you will have a lot of fun , the world is really big , the planets are fun , its also good for exploring . If you love star wars + rpg games this is a game for you , and now the leveling experience its so fast ( if you subscribe you will get to level max ez with only doing story missions and planet story( quest are near each other so you can finish them fast )

The story lines are unmatched, and rival those of KotOR 1 & 2. I used to refer to this as the game that killed Revan, but now I'm not so sure. Okay, they could've done better by Revan and the Exile but it is what it is, and there are far worse fates for characters than what we get here *cough* luke skywalker *cough* *cough*.

I absolutely GUARANTEE your first play-through will be your best and the most enjoyable. Free to play or a subscriber. My first Sith Inquisitor was an an unrivaled experience, while he's no longer with us, he's the reason I'm still playing. Thank you for trying to make the galaxy a better place.

I got this game on sale for a good price ( 5 euro) . The story is great , you have 4 races each with specific powers + buildings. The story is a little short for each race ( would have been better for them to focus on creating 3 big campaigns ( each 10+ mission ) . If you are looking for an interesting story + great game mechanics , 5 euro is a really low price.

I got this game some time ago at a good price 28 euro ( this is what you should pay ) . The dev behind are working hard to make this game what we all expected. For this price right now you can have a lot of fun.

The updates keep coming and i really recommend this game ^_^

2022 we still get updates and the dev team announced that the game will receive a lot of updates .

28 euro the price right now , if you love exploring , ships , building , you will love this game ^_^

End of 2022 and i still didn't get bored with this game .

So i got this game when it was a 4 cd box ( hard times to make it play :)) ) . The game had problems , but i did try it on steam and it works perfect on win 10 . If you love star wars , then you will love this game , i didnt even knew back then we had such a great rpg series ,( kotor 1 /2 ) . The choices rly mather , the game plays a little diferent when you try to go female/ male , or dark / light . The story is long and you can even explore the world and have fun .

I give it a 10/10 because i played it when i was younger 6=7 times and i loved it <3
